Amazing team of honest workers. I had an issue with a light and within an hour of calling I was at their workshop. They are really friendly and really easy to find and park.
They saved me £300 on a new light by fixing it for me.
I can highly recommend.

I recently contacted Luminary for some repairs, maintenance and PAT testing for a couple of redheads, a dedo and a 300w fresnel – and it would seen no job is too small for Luminary!
Max was extremely responsive, took care and attention to detail, and added a nice personal approach; all at the right price. Even after I had paid up, he made sure my lamps got back to me, every step of the way.
I'll certainly be back. The small Lastolite gift, and hand written delivery note that ended up with my kit was a nice touch.
Great work. Can't recommend enough.

So helpful, professional and just ON IT! I was looking for a simple mechanical fix on 6 x Profoto heads. Max sent parts and emailed me detailed photos and the method. Job done in half an hour thanks to his insight. Great service and great people.

I had an Air connection problem with one of my Profoto D2's and after a quick chat with Max at Luminary, he very helpfully accommodated my busy shoot schedule by turning the repair around in the same day. My week went something like this * smashed Profoto head Sunday * Sent head to Max @Luminary Lighting on Tuesday * Quote provided won Wednesday * Repaired head received Friday at 3pm
Outstanding service and saved my bacon for a shoot this weekend. Wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again. Max....you have been outstanding.

Max was fantastic in dealing with my Profoto B10 plus, which I was ready to pay labour and parts for, but he gave me a kind call to say it was under warranty and shipping to a preferred address was also free! Very happy with the result, professionalism and turnaround time, considering it is currently coronavirus times. I have my light back for very important upcoming shoots, so I highly recommend this service for speed, professionalism and high level of customer care.

I cannot be happier with the service. Max was incredibly polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I needed my flash fixed for a job and he managed to fix it in a day and send it back to me in Leeds for the next day. Another place that fixes profoto in London said the wait would be of 4 weeks.

Sent Luminary an email and snaps showing the damage when a Profoto B10 dropped. Max called me the next day. We arranged a price, I posted it off that day, and two days later back it came fixed and working well. Some companies take that long to get an estimate phone call... Great service and professionalism. Will use again for sure.

The people here are super helpful. Can't recommend them enough.
Everything is repaired on site, and the workshop is downstairs so you can talk to the techs if you need to, unlike places like Calumet where you end up talking to some Jessie who doesn't have a clue.
