Very professional service, managed to fix the issues with our bi-foldals and realign them so they close very smoothly with little effort now. Also offered some good advice and tips on how to look after them, all at a reasonable price and super quick, with 12 months warranty, but I'm sure this will not be needed! Thanks guys!

Great job by Phil and Rob who re-aligned our bi-fold door on a recently built extension. A number of issues due to poor fitting by the original contractors a couple of years ago. They very quickly identified all the issues and fixed them all. The door works better than ever before and it came under the quoted price!

I had to call London lock and glass out of hours a couple of weeks ago as my rental flat was burgled with the front door half sawn off! (crazy world!)
Philip answered the call and straight away sent one of his guys out to make it temporarily secure with a new lock within a couple of hours giving my tenants peace of mind for the night. It took them nearly 3 hours as was so badly damaged but he only charged me for 2 hours.
The next day the door was fully measured and a new secure, steel bar door was recommended and installed with new locks. Was a great service- expertly done and quoted honesty.
Philip even went back himself the next day as the tenants weren't happy with the way one of the locks was fitting into the existing intercom system- he replaced this and didn't even charge me. What more can you ask for?
Would highly recommend - such a nice guy too.
Hoping I don't need this service again- but will definitely be making contact when I need new doors and security for my house refurbishment project I've just started as they do that too!

I contacted the company by telephone to arrange a repair to my bi-fold window. Phil asked me to send photographs and sent me a quote for the job by return, which I accepted. Phil offered an immediate date when he could carry out the work, was on time and with his colleague carried out the repair quickly and efficiently.

We required an urgent call out as we had bi-folding doors that would not close. Philip came out that same afternoon on his way home and got them closing again and arranged to come back to do a complete overhaul of the doors which are about 20 years old. Friendly and efficient service, kept us updated as to when he could do the return visit. He really knows his stuff and we would have no trouble recommending London Lock and Glass to others. Large bifold door kept getting stuck. LLG replied immediately to evening call, I sent photo of door, they came the next day with the correct piece, job done and dusted within the hour, plus a few extra bits that weren't done during original installation AND offered to replace ill-fitting rubber seals when next passing. We were left with a poorly installed bifold from a previous builder where the doors never closed properly and it was starting to come away from the wall. London Lock and Glass came out and managed to address the issue in a couple of hours. They secured the doors properly, toe and heeled the glass and sorted the door seals out. Our doors have never worked as smoothly as they do now. Would highly recommend.

From the moment I called and spoke to Phil I knew that I had made the right choice in selecting this company. I explained the issue we were having with our glass door and was given a realist quote.
Our glass door was fixed and operated better than it did when it was first installed and the final bill was as quoted, no inflated extras :)

Bi-fold doors had some serious problems coming out of their runners. Responsive, explained the problem before they came and talked this through - agreed a price and attended quickly. Very freindly and didn't mind that I stood around asking stupid quesitons while they were working. Quick and efficient, and didn't try to sell me a new hinge - saying that the existing one was fine - but jsut needed adjusting - very honest.

He arrived within 20mins as promised, and our glass panel was swiftly replaced with no issues - he even helped take the old broken panels of glass away for us. Excellent communication, with updates on estimated arrival time, had all the parts on board there vehicle, two very knowledgable men turned up, really nice and hilariously perfectionist and stuck to the quoted price.
