Great staff, good advice, spent ages advising me and letting me try lots of trainers to find correct type/fit. I'm not a runner, but rather an old overweight man with knackered knees from playing rugby! Cannot recommend highly enough for amazing depth of knowledge and help.

Only started running 2 years ago so had no idea what shoe to buy. Tony measured my feet and watched me walk up & down in a few different pairs. He was very patient and couldn't do enough to help hesitant a customer like me.
I came away happy with my New Balance shoes & no doubts Tony had found the right pair for me. They were so comfortable to run in that when they needed replacing I bought an identical pair from The Jog Shop .....& the pair after that.
Don't go away Tony I'll be back!

So delighted with my new running shoes, I’ve been suffering with a really painful foot. I knew I needed new shoes but wasn’t sure where to start with lockdown restrictions stopping me from going in store. I messaged the jog shop last Sunday, received a super speedy response, they took the time to find out what I needed and looked at photos of my horrible old trainers, recommended a couple of styles & gave me a nice 5% discount code - the shoes were delivered the very next day with a really nice pair of socks thrown in! Took the shoes for a spin yesterday - they’re great, no foot pain, really bouncy - can’t fault the experience at all - THANK YOU! ????????????

Superb service when I visited today. I was asked a few questions, my old shoes were looked at and then I was brought a selection of shoes to try. They were all a good fit which surprised me as I usually struggle to find comfortable shoes. The experience and knowledge was obvious and I'm really happy with my purchase. The only downside is I don't get to use them for another month as they're a Christmas present for me!

Excellent staff. They really know what they're talking about, I've never felt so spoilt for choice while shopping before. One look at my feet and they brought me 8 pairs of running shoes that all fit me perfectly. If you're in the market for a proper pair of shoes at a good price then I can't recommend the Jog Shop enough. Will definitely be coming back for some more running gear when winter arrives.

I like what this business is all about. The Jog Shop take their customers on a journey with them. Honest & professional advice from a team who know their onions when it comes to running. I’ve always managed to find what I’m looking for and I await the arrival of my new Mizuno Wave Riders knowing that they will arrive promptly and at a good price. Having been in the business with Absolute Running in Gosport, these guys are what retailing is about. Can’t wait to visit the store once Covid is over.

Faultless and efficient customer service. Even in all of the logistical difficulties at the moment, my lovely new road shoes were ordered online on Saturday afternoon and I received the dispatch confirmation less than 48 hours later. Absolutely brilliant! The store is also friendly and welcoming and a great place to go for purchases and advice. Thoroughly recommended.

I visited in early March, when such a thing was still possible . After an epic saga of hunting for the right shoes for my then-upcoming marathon , I was treated to immaculate and patient customer service by store attendant (whose name I hope I am forgiven for not recalling now!) who knew immediately what kind of shoe I was after and let me try on about five different pairs , all in a calm and non-pressured environment. Although the marathon was sadly not to be, the shoes are still serving me well. Best wishes to the whole team and hoping they weather this COVID storm to continue delivering excellent service and high quality products.

I have purchased two pairs of trainers in the last four months from the Jog shop and several over the years. Tony provided great advice and service on both recent occasions. We discussed my needs, what I like and dislike in a pair of running trainers, socks, what surface I run on and distance I will be doing. Then we moved to different options of makes. Another great thing with the Jog shop is they have a lot of stock which you can try on and test. They offer good deals and a personal service and Tony even dropped off my last pair of trainers as they got hold of the colour I was looking for. Support your independent running shops and have a great experience at the same time.

I was sized up very well and wasn't forced to buy the most expensive (which alot of shops do). Very professional advice and loads of choices of clothes and shoes.
