Fantastic shop! I visited yesterday to purchase some new running shoes. The customer service is excellent; all staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not feel rushed when making my choice, all the suitable trainers were explained in full detail. So happy they're open again, I would highly recommend a visit!

My favourite place to shop! Incredible staff, incredible service. Can't remember the last time I found a shop that I can just walk into, have a great natter and walk away with exactly what I wanted/needed. Extremely knowledgeable staff and customer service that honestly makes you feel cared for! Even in Covid times, being able to have things hand delivered same or next day, being able to try things out and demo, it's been amazing. Shop small, support small businesses, it makes such a difference, not only to them, but as a customer.

Absolutely BRILLIANT service - I was going to hold off buying my tennis shoes until the shops were opening back up on 12th april, but when I spoke to Nick he was instantly offered a drop off service. When i used the online chat function I got immediate support and tailored advice based on my needs, and then when i ordered, he dropped around my shoes the next day with two other pairs for trialling to check which had the best fit. He then came round the next day to pick the unwanted pairs back up.
Super impressed with the service, couldn't be more happy - and really recommend. Thanks Nick - will definitely be back again soon!

This has to be The Best Sports Shop in Sussex. Seriously. Their knowledge of tennis and running is vast. The dedicated team give a personal touch to all purchasing requirements. This is a company that cares. The patience of staff members is endless. My sons' regularly feel the need to try on every pair of tennis shoes in the shop, but we are never made to feel anything other than valued customers. The owners Jo and Nick are in the shop most days and the other members of the team are all equally as passionate about giving customers the best advice possible. They care about the community and have regular free well being seminars. They donate to events and charities wherever possible. If you haven't visited their shop I can highly recommend you do and see for yourself how incredible this team are. Thank you Nick Rivett Sport.

I would highly recommend this store. The selection of rackets and prices are great. Having ordered online during the lockdown period I was still able to speak at length with the team over the online live chat. Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful during the racket set up (strings, tension etc..) which really bolstered the customer experience for me. My order arrived on time and I could not be happier with my new racket. This will be my go-to sports shop for all my future needs.

I can't express how much i recommend this store, I went in with a vague idea of what tennis racket I would like, they were super helpful, giving insight into which would be best, they allowed me to take all the rackets I was looking at away for demo, which helped me find the racket i liked best. With prices and services like Nick Rivett you can not go wrong, they were so patient and helpful. Honestly the best shop I have been to in a long time.

Excellent support. Knowledgeable and helpful guys. I went there to get a tennis racket and had a very good discussion with Nick who gave excellent advice about which racket to buy and what strings to use etc. Todd too was great. They stock a nice collection of rackets, and other stuff. Prices are great too. For tennis this is the goto place. Nick threw in a racket cover, dampener and over grip for free. Highly, highly recommended.

Nick, Jo and Toby have sorted me out for anything tennis way more times than I can remember now. From discussing the best frames for my style, letting me demo them on the court, working out strings and tensions, to the finer details of customising swingweight and balance, they've made a significant impact on my progression in the game.
Adding to this, their customer service style is highly approachable, they are experienced (read VERY GOOD) players, and have the ability to turn round requests in next to no time if needed.
A top memory is that Nick once picked up a discontinued racquet I'd asked about, got in touch a week later, and sold it to me for a very fair price. It's hard to fault that kind of treatment.

Was in Brighton last weekend for a concert and decided to look for some new running shoes. After a quick google search decided to try this shop and have to say it was a great decision. Everyone was very friendly, gave excellent advice and let me try out a wide selection of shoes including running up and down the street. Finally ended up choosing the Cloudflows (a shoe which I would never of contemplated). Will definitely be back in the future.
