İ have never been such a awful place. Menu is poor, service is bad. They served chips unsalty and we reguested Just simple salt they said we did not have it. Why this people run this cafe if they werent qulified for that. Most of menu is out of stock.

On your way to the zoo a nice sunny spot to sit and have a cup of mediocre coffee. I imagine it might be very busy at the weekends , during the week was pleasant. Be aware of the pigeons circling around and the terrible toilets. On the positive side -there are toilets if needed and the place is sheltered somehow and as I mentioned very sunny even on a windy and not so hot days. Probably part of BENUGO coffee chain according to the sign on the coffee cups.

Very nice, little cafe in the park. Cozy inside. Lots of room outside and kids can run about outside too. Dogs are welcome inside as far as I know.

Fine when its open but we went there for lunch and it was closed despite the website saying it was open. This has happened before and so the cafe cannot be relied upon for a planned visit. They might at least post on their website that they are closed for the day.

Great place to sit down for a little break after long walk in the park to have a cold pint or a cake. I’ve seen not that great reviews and I think people expecting a little bit too much. It’s a caffe in the middle of the park, if you want to get a proper meal just go somewhere else. I definitely enjoyed my drink in the sun. Plus it’s a dog friendly place and can get really funny at times. We had like 20 French bulldogs coming in at the same time and this really made my day!

AWFUL customer service.
We came for lunch with our baby, and the cashier refused to warm baby's food in their microwave as it was "against the rules". When we asked him if they sold any baby food, he just replied "no". I understand the rules, but please have some common sense.
Staff was very unapologetic and didn't seem to care at all. This place is not baby friendly, although they do have plenty of highchairs. In the end we had to go back home with a hungry baby. Thanks.

Nice spot in good weather as there is plenty of outdoor seating. Lovely park outlook. The fare seems to be mainly Benugo. Good baguettes, sarnies, pastries etc, coffee, tea, juices, cans, soup. Not the most animated servers, but service was good. It's mainly counter style self service with hot food brought to your table

It’s a quite caffe in the middle of the park. There is always space with you have a baby buggy. The baby changing facilities could be better as it is such a popular caffe with parents. The cakes and soup are nice.

The staff was courteous. The place is clean and ample of tables to sit at. A bit expensive but it's the city of London and still very cheap comparing to other European cities. It appears the staff here are foreigners and you have to bear in mind it's not the same culture as we here in England. So, we need to respect people culture. It's has air condition inside and much cooler than outside. It has a variety of yummy cakes. To use the toilet you need to buy something and on the receipt you will have a code to use the toilet. Still better than other European cities where you have to pay. I just noticed that there is someone making sure the toilet is clean.

Aweful customer services, small ques with very long wait times! Cashier staff couldn’t care less about making mistakes and completely in unapologetic about cancelling my partners order while I was waiting to pay!! Bring your own food to the park and save a fortune as it is also really expensive

Nice at first glance, but unfortunately a huge waste producer with sandwiches wrapped up in plastic (delivered, for longer shelf life) and coffee only in to go cups.. they won’t be getting my money, and hopefully not yours either - until they make the move back to a more sustainable business approach.
I know there isn’t much at Regents park. Evenmore the reason to bring your own food ;)

Might be good for dog owners, but range of food tiny (two sandwiches at 11.30 ??), rude staff ("do you have vegetarian ?". Staff: "no". Me: "do you actually care about that"? She: "not really". Not at all recommended

Rude staff! I came here to grab something to eat. They were just about to close the place down for the night, but there was no sign anywhere to indicate this clearly to customers. Just as I was about to make a purchase, one of the guys behind the counter just gave me a dirty look and shook his head. Appalling and disappointing, considering this cafe is in Regent's Park, which is undoubtedly one of my favourite places in London.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Our experience- 4 people behind counter - no eye contact or recognition that we were there for a prolonged period. Then every part of orde was asked by one person and when we said what we wanted we wee told to tell the next person - so we had to repeat every part of the order. The food cane not even close that reame time. The food was also not very good.
The old smokehouse was infinity better experience. Sorry to say.
