The Willoughby Book Club Ltd

I brought my husband a three month book subscription with Willoughby Book Club for Christmas and he loved it! He's just received his final book. Their customer service is fantastic and I cannot fault it. The first month the book which arrived was unfortunately one my husband already owned, but I was told to gift it to someone else and they very quickly sent out a different book, one which was new to my husband. Just excellent service! All the books received have been well chosen and obscure enough for my massive book nerd husband. Brilliant company and definitely recommend.

My daughter purchased me a subscription to the Willoughby Book Club for Christmas as I simply love to read. It has been such a treat to receive my surprise book through the post each month, and I have thoroughly enjoyed each book I have been sent. The books are delivered to you wrapped beautifully in tissue paper. I would thoroughly recommend them

I got the book club subscription as a gift and it's fantastic! A gift that keeps on giving for 6 months! A book arrives each months and the excitement of unwrapping and seeing which one is it, is delightful! Fantastic idea and a gift!

I bought my wife a subscription as one of her presents for her 50th birthday from The Willoughby Book Club. The ordering process was really straight forward and the gift tin arrived in plenty of time for me to wrap it. When she redeemed her voucher and entered the details of the authors and genres she liked the process was very easy. Her first book arrived this month and she's delighted with the selection made for her. It's by an author she hasn't read and would probably not have chosen herself so it's given a real opportunity to read books she otherwise wouldn't have. The book was also very nicely wrapped and protected in cardboard packaging. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

I purchased a subscription of a year for my mum and she absolutely loves the books and the gorgeous packing they arrive in. Most importantly, they're tailored amazingly to her taste, so much so that her 5th book was one she already read (which isn't surprising) I contacted TWBC and they immediately sent a replacement free of charge and better yet asked for the initial book to be gifted on or donated to charity. What lovely customer service! Thanks very much!

Wonderful book suggestions each month and the service from the staff has been excellent. This company really cares about the customer experience on every level.

So far I am impressed with the customer service and feedback from this company. I had a few issues figuring out how to use it but I got a really quick and prompt reply from Adam. I think that customer service is so important so pleased to give them 5*

Very poor experience with customer service team. Utterly disappointed and had to cancel my subscription 3 months in to a 12 month sign up. Possibly just caught someone on a bad day, but my dealings with a particular member of the team have really put me off the entire business. A real shame, as it had such great promise as a fab gift. Very disappointed by the whole thing.
