Always worth walking across the park from the university campus to see what treats Clarendon Books have in store for you. I found a French-language text on historiography which was my subject of study back in the summer of 2019 when presenting my research in travel writing practice at a conference there.

There's nothing better for the true bibliophile than a good second-hand bookshop, and this place is one of the best in Leicester. Lots of collectable hardbacks, plenty of cheap paperbacks, and staff who are both knowledgeable and friendly.
