An absolutely brilliant team work here. Having been given a fossil watch for my birthday I'd begun to have a few issues with and took it in to see them. The store manager served and he was very polite, very knowledgeable and totally understanding. I had my wife email me over the receipt and he exchanged the watch with any fuss or hassle. The rest of the team I had spoken to previously when I bought my wife a smartwatch from them previously and they were all excellent. Showed me their recommendations and helped choose the watch I wanted plus an additional leather strap for the watch and colour to match. Could be happier with team and the service has been second to none.

After visiting Brighton churchill square Branch several times lately amd dealing with several members of staff who are all very helpful id like to especially mention Amber the assistant manager she was execptional, very helpful, 5 * custumer service, please pass this very positive feedback on to her manager she is an absolute star and i cant thank her enough for all her help

Went in today and was greeted straight away by Poppy a friendly member of staff, was looking for the Gen 3 smart watches and she took me right to them and also offered to demonstrate too, very helpful and answered all my queries without hesitation and done me a great deal
Brought the watch along with an extra strap!

I went in on 24th thursday at about 7:30, i wanted to get smartwatch. was just one girl stood on her cell phone, don’t think she noticed i was there. i bought it online instead. love fossil, better in Germany !

Great customer service, I bought a new Gen4 watch in Portsmouth and guess what, strap broke. I went to Churchill square store and they were kind enough to replace it with a new one immediately
