I rang this company needing urgent help to repair a bumper. The customer service was second to none. I was informed they were really busy as this was first day out of lock down and they had a back log to get through. After shopping around I managed to get the problem solved. I was then contacted offering the repair to be fixed by dent alert - they had gone out of their way to help and support me knowing it was urgent. I had already dropped my car elsewhere so cannot comment on quality of work but if I ever require body work again, this will be my first call. Five stars based on my experience

After getting my paint job done by an absolute cowboy, I did a google search to find someone who could fix it, and this is where I was fortunate enough to come across Mr Hasmukh from Dent Alert.
A good job was the main aim, But Mr Hasmukh as a person has left just a good impression on me as his job has done, a very polite and thorough gentleman, came today on a Sunday midday as he promised he would,
Even told me he wouldn’t charge me if the job wasn't good, I can not praise his job and general human nature enough.

Highly recommendeded, called out to fix some paint scuffs on the bumper of an Astra and it looked like new once they were done. Very convenient having them come to the house and work was completed in a good time and to a very high standard. Prices were very good too.

Haz was a pleasure to deal with, his attention for detail and the final result were absolutely second-to-none. It's a cliche, but you genuinelly would have no idea the car had any work done.
A proper warm, talented, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest guy, he quoted reasonably, and did the work when he said he would, even completing a little earlier than expected!
I would not hesitate in using him again in the future and recommending him to others. Hopefully my wife's driving doesn't necessitate another visit too soon!

My experience with Dent-alert has been good and I will be happy to recommend this to anyone that needs car body work repair. I had a dent in my Jaguar XF and they repaired and painted it which looks original and you can’t tell it’s been repaired and painted . Haz is an honest man and the work was completed earlier than expected .I’m very thankful to him for the work.
