Have been using Jeff from the start of lockdown last year 2020. He is punctual, polite and takes immaculate pride in his work. Our cars are absolutely gleaming, and stay that way for longer even after rainfall due to the superior polishing products he uses and the high quality of his workmanship.
Jeff arrives in all weathers always cheerful and efficient, the advice he has given and the treatments he offers ensure my cars have that high gloss quality finish. Plus i get the peace of mind that my cars are well maintained at all times.

Booked a mini plus valet which includes a polish, so was surprised when they turned up on a rainy day. After they were done I pointed out a bits I weren't satisfied with and Jeff replied: "you need to polish that". This is when I reminded him that I asked for that and he thought I'd booked a mini valet. I was surprised how quick they'd finished and it made sense in the end. Honest mistake you might think, but he did ask on the phone and I had clarified I wanted the mini plus. Also, when they turned up I commented that I was surprised they'd turn up when it was raining. Surely for him not to realise at this point or even ask what I had booked would've been the obvious or at least the sensible thing to do. Just paid him for the job at the end and he didn't seem too bothered that he'd let a customer down. Personally, I won't be booking him again.

Excellent service, Jeff is a great guy who knows his stuff, he detailed polished my black 118d and knew more about the history of the car than me just from spending time with the bodywork! A very informative service, he's given me plenty of advice to keep the bodywork looking as good as it now does, will be using his services again in the future.

Leicester Auto Valet are now officially my fortnightly car cleaning company (I'm a mobile business so therefore it's important that my car is as presentable as myself and my products!)
They also completed my husbands car today - which before was a "bit of a mess"... hopefully their hard work will convince him to keep it tidy - one can only hope.
I'd highly recommend Leicester Auto Valet - they use fab products, with no job too big - when my car was broken into they paid extra attention to find as much glass as possible and remove it - ensuring the safety of my little boy - lovely gentleman who cleans my car too and happy to work around my schedule!
To add regarding prices - if anything they're underpaid for their efforts and attention to detail - if you can't get through there's no point going elsewhere - wait for them to call you back - you won't regret it.

Great service and valet. Arrived promptly, spent alot of time valeting our older car ready for being a wedding car - happy to say the outside is shiny and the inside nice and clean so the bride's dress is safe from getting marked.

I got a full valet done on my car and could not have asked for anything better! The work was carried out with great care and detail and the car looked spotlesss once finished. Jeff was very professional and friendly. He gave honest and straightforward answers to my questions about getting scratches removed and machine polish done and did not try to sell me his services. I would totally recommend Jeff for your Car Valet needs! Cheers and keep up the good work :)
