Calm and professional.
Yes its a cab ride, but highly recommended.
My little one is a rescue, but, the vet she saw was compassionate, and understanding.
Us Humans need the reassurance as well.

Really wouldn't recommend this surgery. Will never use them again. In addition 04/03/21..After telling them I didnt have the insurance to cover the suggested treatment I spent a frantic 2 hours, with no help trying to source help for our much loved pet that the vet had infact told me to "sign over" while I was trying to find help treatment was administered without permission, even knowing that I didnt have means to pay. So when I had secured help, via the PDSA Hendon, they then returned my dog which had gone for an xray and presented a bill totalling more than £400 for unauthorized and undisclosed treatment. This matter has been referred to a third party so seeing the response to my review is not only insensitive but untruthful. Just sums up the level of thought and "care" given.

Very good and knowledgeable vets. But their medication prices are way more expensive than some other vets. In my opinion youre better off buying medication online with a prescription its still much cheaper than this vets prices.

My hugely loved family cat suddenly fell quite ill, I couldn't get an appointment at any vet clinic across Enfield for this evening. Cockfosters veterinary clinic kindly found me a slot at their Barnet clinic for the next morning. My cats health deteriorated further, I missed three calls from their Rosemary Ave clinic as I was driving - I called back and they had saved me a cancellation slot - I will be forever grateful as I believe they saved my cat. So he has a burst abscess in his armpit area probably caused by a bite possibly 48 hours ago so quite infected. He has received antibiotics, pain relief and is in surgery tomorrow for stitching. Rosemary Ave - from all the family thanks ever so much - we received amazing care from every member of the team we dealt with. Outstanding customer service

Was 10 mins early to my appointment with my rabbit.. was sat there waiting for at least 40 mins after my appointment time. the practice wasn’t particularly busy, during this time other patients were looked at. And we were the last to be seen by the vet.. just as the practice was closing. The vet also claimed my rabbit was male when she is in fact female (Double checked by a different vet). I’m glad I followed my gut as I could have ended up with an unwanted litter! Not a very rabbit savvy vet.. will not be going back.

Good experience on my first visit. Vets are friendly and caring with your pet. Receptionist was efficient. The only problem is parking! Had to park a long way from the vets which meant carrying the heavy cat box all the way to the vets.

I am removing my 5 cats from this practice after a error made on their part in failing to provide the correct vaccine for my outdoor cat. Yuki was not given the FELV vaccine he should have been given as part of his jab administered by vet Amy.
Upon discovering this I immediately contacted the practicefor an explanation.
I phoned for 3 days in a row and each time there was no one available to discuss this with other than the receptionists. Despite being told on each occasion that someone would call me back, no one did. The only thing that the reception staff were able to give me each time i called (after putting me on hold and presumably speaking to vets on duty those days) were excuses where they blamed everyone else for the mistake except themselves. When I was called back eventually it was by a receptionist who said I could pay £50 for a blood test to see if my cat was FELV, as he may be a carrier anyway!
I was told that I should also pay an additional £50 extra in order to have the FELV protection ( that they failed to give him at his consultation).
I then decided to complain by email to their complaints person. The responses were cold and appalling . My cat has second degree heart failure and asthma. After my second email regarding my complaint the practice then said I could pay just the difference of the cost in the vaccine with FELV and the one without, but I would need to bring him in to the surgery twice in order for these to be administered, knowing full well that that would be stressful for Yuki on his journey by bus. I asked if someone could come out to administer the vaccine under the circumstances, but they refused.
As none of this situation was my fault I believed the least they could do was as a gesture pay the £9 difference in the vaccine cost instead of charging me for it. Also to send someone out to administer the jabs to save me hauling Yuki on a bus or getting a cab but this was obviously too much to ask. I was told that if I should contact them if I want to take up the their offer. I did not, instead I switched practices.
UPDATE - I have now switched practices and removed my 5 cats from this "business".
I do not recommend using this practice as although I have received good service in the past, this experience has shown me that they do not care about putting things right when they go wrong and that they don't actually have much customer care when things go wrong either.

Took cats for their annual health check - one was diagnosed with a bad tooth and infection. Op appears to be a success. Genuine care, attention and concern provided at all stages. Would thoroughly recommend.

I visited with my partner and her new puppy. Laura the Head Nurse gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced at any vets. She took time with us and told us everything we needed to know which has given us great confidence. Highly recommend

My cat rocky sadly passed away 2 days ago ???????? if it wasn’t for this clinic I would not have known that he was suffering with cancer, ???? I went to another vet a week prior and they told me my cat was healthy and nothing was wrong, but I knew something was wrong, the minute I took my pet here they knew instantly just by feeling him that something was wrong, I’m am sooo sad right now and missing my cat but I had to write how amazing all the staff are, I would definitely recommend anyone who has a pet they love dearly to take them here as they will be in safe hands, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO MEDI VET ENFIELD !!! MAKE SURE YOU BOOK HERE!!

I called to join this vet as I had moved locally and needed a vet for my dog.
The lady on the phone said it was fine and just needed to transfer my notes from my old vet.
After not hearing back I called to asK for an appointment and to check I had been registered, I was told that vet would read my notes and call back....
After reading the notes they then decided that they were to busy and now not taking on any new clients!!!
Well you were 2 days ago when you just needed to transfer notes!!!
My dog is 12 has a little arthritis, a bit deaf and blind and has dry eye, obviously this is to much for this vet.
I was appalled that they pick and choose who they want here with no care about the animals. This vet is only in it for the money. I wouldn't even consider going there if they called and begged.

Nice friendly vets although prices seem more expensive than others. Waiting room is a little shabby and unclean and they really need to get better entrance doors, they are very difficult to open especially when you have your hands full with a cat box!
