This is a very convenient cafe on the first floor of John Lewis. The first floor is ladies clothing so unsurprisingly it's frequented by a lot of blokes waiting on their partners. Standard John Lewis fare nice cakes and sandwiches. Reinforcing sterrotypes warning - If JL were really clever they might put in some tv's showing sport it would make make it more comfortable to hang around for longer which would mean more shopping time for the partners out on the floor. Just an idea.
