Booked Carey's after reading the numerous five-star reviews and after using them, I'm pretty surprised at how they've managed to get such good feedback.
Booked in for a full valet at £95 on a 2014 Renault Clio which I was preparing for sale. The guy carrying out the work turned up on time which was a good start, however, things rapidly went downhill.
Once he'd finished I had a quick look round the car and everything seemed fine. It wasn't until after he had left that I noticed smears on the windscreen, marks on the door handles and grime on the alloys (which I could remove just using a cloth and water). Totally rushed it - typical last job of the day on a Friday afternoon. He was done in less than 2 hours, despite the website saying it was a 2-3 hour service.
To be fair to the guy, he did agree to come back to redo the job on a Sunday morning. I was pretty happy with this until he'd actually finished the job. Once he'd left I noticed that the chrome trim around the stereo/sat nav had been damaged (photo attached). It looked as though the wrong cleaning agent had been used and had reacted with the trim.
They've since denied responsibility for this and gave me a full refund. I asked to meet with the owner, just so he could show me the before and after photos in person, to determine whether the damage had been done after the valet.
He agreed to meet me but I've heard nothing back since.

Outstanding service from Tom and his team. My wife was so impressed with the quality of the valet on her car that she booked the mechanical polish of my old Z4 which now looks like new. We then had Tom back to complete the paint protection to her car which the Toyota main dealer had bodged. Highly recommended service from people who really care about delivering an excpetional quality of work at a fair price.

I used Carey’s Valeting over a 1 year ago due to not being able to go to a car wash & due to them being mobile I gave them a ago & I’ve never looked back. My car has never ever been in a better condition. When Nathan does my car it’s like it’s brand new. Always on time, always makes my car look like it comes from a dealer and always willing to go the extra mile even when I’ve trashed it due to make up marks & spilling my morning coffee. The boys are so lovely & I always get comments on how fresh my car looks. Thank you Carey’s!

I have been using Tom @ Carey’s for many years now and can honestly say I have never been disappointed. Carey’s use good quality products and take great care in the job they do. Tom is great at taking my diary into account and will come to my home or place of work, which for me is really important. Having used local car washes before I couldn’t believe difference.

Today was my first experience of using Careys mobile valet service.
Having previously only taken my car to local or nearby handwash centres, I was excited to see the outcome.
I must say I was not disappointed.
Matt arrived bang on time as planned, he was incredibly polite, and the outcome was fantastic.
My car is used for work, but it's also a family car so the kids are often in it.
On top of that it's used at weekends as transportation of equipment for the youth football team I coach. Needless to say it gets ditched and has multiple children messing around in it.
The car looks brand new, inside and out, Matt took his time, and I couldn't be happier.
I would highly recommend and will certainly be back in the future.

One for turning up, job incomplete with detris remaining on door frame for the cost expected at least a really good job but windscreen interior was left smeared. Was offered a mini valet but declined their offer. One experience was sufficient.

Careys came and valeted my car on the 16-04-18 and can honestly say I was very pleased with the standard of clean (inside and out) that I received.it was the first time I had used careys and wouldn't have a problem recommending them to friends and family.
