I used TS for a number of years when I was running production at a small ad-hoc venue. They have three areas in which they excel:
1. They use top quality kit and to an incredibly high standard.
2. The engineers they provide are passionate about their work and live and breathe sound and video.
3. Their customer service is personal and deliberate, they are awesome when you need help.
