Highly recommended & ultimately a very easy business transaction via Hifiheadphones informative & impartial website, top products, competitively priced & therefore great value, order details/invoice with tracking details received immediately after placing my order, items instantly dispatched in a well packaged & sensibly sized protective box, the postage was very kindly free of charge, with full tracking via Royal Mail, I sent the company an email to say thank you & they returned an email thanking me for the feedback. You know, you just cannot do business better than this, completely flawless & I would be delighted to return for more of the same soon. Have bought a couple of items from this company and recently just mailed them asking for help and info on replacement earphone tips, what really impressed me was this last potentially footling enquiry I made which commercially to them was/is a drop in the ocean compared to wanting to by some high spec kit over several £k upwards but they still replied rapidly and with very helpful information as they have at every stage in my previous purchases from them.
I also have mobility issues and they definitely went the extra mile in terms of delivery.
This is a very refreshing attitude in our troubled times. I CANNOT RECOMMEND them strongly enough, not just fir their customer service but for their help with product knowledge and the fact that they carry after sales products not just the main items.

Great products and services. Highly recommended. I've bought several pairs of earphones and accessories in the past few months. I love all of them! Though I must say I read product reviews thoroughly before purchasing and more or less knew what I expected.
Among my purchases one pair of earphones developed a defect and Hifiheadphones had no qualms at all providing replacement. And it was a pretty straightforward process.
One thing though, they don't seem to work or ship during weekends (good for them!), meaning if you place order on Saturday you'll probably receive the package on following Wednesday. As a spoilt Amazon prime customer (same/next day delivery!) this feels somewhat snail-paced. But Amazon is "the" gold standard of online shopping and comparing with a smaller merchant is rather unfair - like I said I'm spoilt what can I say.
In Hifiheadphones favour they seem to add a delicious little surprise in all their shipping. It's only a small thing and doesn't enhance the sound of earphones (Lol) but very nice nonetheless. All in all I maintain my 5-star rating.

I originally order Audeze Penrose X from hifiheadphones, I had an issue with making the order, and this was sorted quickly. I was given a discount code for my troubles.
I then changed my mind due to the colour choice, so settled on the Penrose (blue)
Again, changing my order was not a problem, and Oscar even allowed me to keep the discount I was given previously.
Although the headphones have been delayed a long time, which is no fault of theirs, communication was good and they even sent the items with expedited shipping at their own cost.
Would by again from them, though I suspect this pair will keep me going for a few years.

I have a Final Audio Pandora Hope VI with earpads completely useless so I needed a replacement ASAP, i did a quick Google Search and HifiHeadphones was on the list (never heard of them before)
they had 2 of the 3 earpads I needed (Final Audio make different types of earpads each have a effect on the aspect of the sound so you can switch them according to your taste & music)
I’m French, live in France so I ordered the first earpad on my usual French merchant (a highly reputed one) and I chose the French express delivery service which cost extra, at the same time I signed up to HH and first-ordered the 2 other earpads (unavailable at my usual merchant) with DHL express delivery and... well they here! they arrive today, I still waiting for the French express delivery to deliver lol that’s amazing! also I have to point out when I ordered to HH on Sunday I mistakenly put a wrong delivery address (my web browser did that to be precise) so I wrote to them directly on their website and they immediately replied the Monday morning telling me they’ll correct it, Tuesday morning I received my package with a little candy! that’s what I call customer service and their retail prices are actually lower than what I paid in France so 5 Stars (they deserve 6 actually)
Great thank you guys! by now you are on the top of my list to buy any Hifi Headphones.

Bought a new DAC/AMP online from them.
Very quick next day delivery, the product was packed by the manufacturers wrong and was supplied with the wrong cable. After contacting Hfiheadphones Oscar and Steve were very helpful and said they'd get me a new cable sent out early the following week.

I then ordered the amp, and I got it today perfectly.

Afterwards, going out and arriving in Italy (I hope) we will forgive news. It's OK that they are not controllable from country to country, but at least the courier or the Italian postal service could indicate to try to find their parcel.

I have spent over £4000 with Hifi headphones over the past couple of years and I couldn't be happier with the service that i have received. Every step of the purchasing process has been communicated well and i have received each of the very expensive items in a prompt and secure manner. Oscar with the sales team has been very helpful on several occasions, providing great purchase insights about IEM cables as well as being very understanding when i have had issues and has worked quickly to resolve them. Ordering with hifiheadphones.co.uk is always a nice experience. The website is clear and extraneous costs are always highlighted. There are a range of delivery options - standard delivery via Royal Mail is quite efficient, reaching the customer in approximately two days after despatch. Customer service is always helpful, if there are any unanswered questions about the headphones you are buying. The company has a good range of brands, spanning a wide price range, but the products are very good - even for the slightly less known brands.
