The Hobbycraft at Romford is very horrible place to do shopping. The staff there are ice cold and rude to talk to.
Very unhelpful, the way they have marked the section ; it is quiet confusing and not helpful. Had very bitter experience at this place today.
I would rather give a negative point to this place let alone a star I have put. Outrageous!!!
Every time I have been there this is the same cold attitude those women in the till give me.
If it weren’t for the good yarn (for which we have to pay in gold by the way) I wouldn’t have gone there again. But this time I have had it.
I know it may sound silly but the attitude these people have shown from time and time again I would really curse them.
I would rather throw their meaningless pointless useless Hobbycraft card and never ever visit this place again.

One star for the dreadfully unfriendly, unhelpful, miserable cashiers in this store. Today I was served by Elizabeth. She did not say hello nor did she reply to my saying hello to her twice. So rude and ignorant. The only conversation was "Do you want a bag?" I had to ask how much I needed to pay as she couldn't bring herself to speak it seemed?!? No please, thank you or goodbye. A dreadful experience. The cashiers need retraining in customer relations. I have only encountered one useful cashier in this store. I have never met such bored, uncaring staff. If you don't like your job, leave!!
The store staff I needed help from today were the complete opposite. Helpful and friendly. Perfect. A pleasure to deal with, as was Laura I spoke to on the phone.
Another visit yesterday, a different cashier, Martina, a very pleasant, friendly and helpful shopping experience, another star! Customer relations really do make or break a retail outlet.
