The fastway services are way too slow. Very non cooperative stafff...person who is responsible for our area never accepts the calls..Their official numbers are just rudimentary.. But they are very fast at collecting the monthly rents irrespective if the cable services are there or not..whenever we switch on the TV all that we can see is E 104: no signal

Once u make complaint it would take atleast week to resolve the issue. Pathetic service and unprofessional staff. My area operator uff If u call him will never pick n later switch off his phone. Did a big mistake by choosing fast way. Better to have Dish connection. My suggestion is kindly stay away from this company.

pooerest service ever ....hell annoyed with the cable operator as well as the system...they dont even pick calls n hardly the cable is regular what we get if error104 every fourth day and when we try to complaint then they simply cut the calls ....but for payments they come right at the month of starting....we arent paying you people off just for error either provide the perfect connection r get lost with you cable system n this time ill surely make sure that i sue each single people to police

Very poor and pathetic service as they never pick up phone line and to collect money(fees) they are very prompt whereas half the time there channels aren't working. Today I am even missing India vs England cricket match. Very frustrating. I recently got HD set top box installed they even charged me for 10 days n that month whereas in those 2 days it was not functioning. Legally some action should be taken against them. Paying charges is good but they should provide services also of that kind.
