It seems ridiculous that a printer is only marginally more expensive than the ink that goes into it! Staff were not very apparent and I had to try quite hard to get served.

They have most of everything tech/electric. Prices are mostly as good as you'll get anywhere (even online). Most of the staff know most things about most items (more so in the tech area). Short of having every member of staff being an expert in every item (which gets updated/outdated quarterly), I'm not sure what more you can ask?

Outstanding Service. I had purchased a set of expensive headphones for my wife as a Christmas present Unfortunately not the right ones I had list the receipt but the gentleman was so helpful finding my transaction. Refunded great service.

The staff was helpful in suggesting different cables and accessories. I needed to increase the wifi signal in different parts of my house in Oxford and they provided explanations for how the different technology worked and the shortcomings of each (powerline vs extender). The return policy is 21 days for most items.

On the whole it's a decent place to shop. The assistants are helpful and there are a good selection of items. Can be a little pricey but not too bad.

Those in the know never go to Currys PC World because it's a pretty miserable place to visit. I only went to pick up an order that I bought online which was cheaper than Amazon and just easier. However, I wouldn't say that my custom was appreciated one bit.
