I had occasion to speak to Keith today as I needed a knight in shining armour to fit a back box on my exhaust, prior to an MOT appointment. No problem at all for this gentleman. All done and dusted, reasonable price paid and VERY professional service throughout.

Very good service today. They were busy, but managed to give me an appointment for an hour later.
Tyre needed a new valve, as the old one had got mangled trying to removed a stuck dustcap.
They were efficient and friendly.
Would recommend them.

Thank you Tom. Great service, very friendly, professional and efficient. They took the time and answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. Tom also called me back to quote another service I asked about.
The only room for improvement is that I asked for an invoice/receipt for the job done, I was promised an email with it. I never received it, called Tom to follow up on it, he promised to contact his head office about it. I'm still waiting for it, Tom if you're reading this, please kindly follow up on it.

I needed my tracking done yesterday (Saturday) and I contacted this garage to get it done, I've been to a few tyre garages locally and with some not very good, always hit with issues, one in particular said my car needed new break pads when I know it didn't, luckily I didn't listen to them, what a lovely bunch of lads, so very helpful, even told me I didn't need tracking after all, eventually I needed a new tyre and it's more likely to be a under deflated tyre, thank you kindly

Got a puncture late today in the hire car I had from work , and the guys had it sorted and me back on the road within 20 mins. Explained the whole process with the hire car company clearly . A bit hidden away but worth giving them a ring .

chosen this garage as they have good reviews on google.
I bought 4 new tyres in the garage with fitting and wheels alignment cost nearly £800 just day before my holiday.
Informed those guy that will leaving UK next day and will do thousand of miles, asked them to make sure that all is good.
Unfortunately the service hasn’t be carried properly, the sterling wheel has shaking and massive vibration- when I let the office know when I went on holiday they ask me to come and they will sort it out.
I went back in and explained the situation after two weeks, they took the car on ramp and after half hour I have received the car back. Unfortunately with same problem.
I believe that they didn’t alignment or even tracking on my car, I didn’t received any report regarding this service etc.
So I’m sorry guys for this, but highly not recommend spend a lot of money for work which due not properly and not professional.
Finally I took the car to my mechanic which done only tracking and it was sorted in couple of minutes, no more shaking or vibrating on steering wheel.

Advisory on my mot this morning there was a screw in the tyre. After trying other centres who couldn’t fit me in these guys although fully booked said they’d try and squeeze it in, And they did, a credit to the company, very helpful, friendly We will be back. First class service. Highly recommend.

Have used them several times for jobs I haven't got the kit for or don't have the time for. Always top service. It is usually my wife that drops the cars in due to me working, and not once have the staff tried it on or 'found' extra work that's urgent and at a premium unlike some other chains and independent garages that we have tried before. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Exceptional customer service. They sorted new brake lines on my car quick as a flash and whilst the calipers were fragile they did everything they could tomavoid me replacing them. Tom won't rip you off or fob you off with issues that don't exist. He's a top bloke and I'm recommending all family and friends to go here now... Thanks guys

Excellent service and professional staff. I walked in the morning enquiring about repairing a puncture and changing all four tyres, and I was informed all about offers that are available, with no hard sales, which suited me. I was then offered an appointment at midmorning, next within an hour all repairs are done and most importantly I'm back on the road. Thank you to all staff and their certiouse conduct. I would certainly recommend visiting the National Tyres and Autocare centre at Worthing.

Bought 2 tyres online. When I arrived, I was told I would be charged an extra £13 to swap wheels back to front. When I tried to drive off afterwards, I found that they had managed to run my battery completely flat, and they had to jump start my car. Apparently the key had been left in the ignition for an hour. This was the first, and last, time I will be going to National.

Puncture repair carried out then tyre over-inflated to 41psi instead of car data plate’s stated 32psi. When taken up with staff told that they know their pressure gauge is defective but that I can expect some loss of pressure (!) then that as tyres heat up the pressure will increase but could not explain why only one was high. Abysmal service.
