Poor all round really. After waiting almost an hour, they stated they could do the tracking on my car because it was too low for the lift ramps. However they didn't actually try, Figured as much when I overheard one chap telling another, my car was a pain in the arse to work on. Would give zero stars.

Won't Match Their Own Online Prices!
I went there for a puncture repair. I was told that the tyre couldn't be repaired and that I need a new one. I was then told that it would cost £35 more than their own online price. When I challenged this, I was basically told "tough" and I would need to book online to get their online prices. I won't be going back!

No nonsense, clear, helpful and unbiased advice and service. Used their online service tyre-shopper to pre order and saved substantially on the usual on the door prices. Took two days and the tyres sent from manufacturers direct to keep price down. The manager (and i'm sure others) was really helpful, honest and open about the job and my other questions, gave a realistic time-frame for turn-around and I would return to them. They're just off the sea-front, and not even minutes from the pier/centre of town if you fancy a wander.

Customer service was good. Found out 2 months later when car failed MOT that they put one tyre the wrong way round causing it to fail the MOT. Contacted them to inform them and was dealt with.

They didn't have the cheapest tyre in stock but they could've got it 10.30am the next day. I couldn't wait for that so it ended up a bit more expensive. Service very friendly and quick; open on bank holiday Monday, they blew up spare tyre to the right pressure without being asked and put everything back in the right place in the boot, would use again.

Got a quote over the phone, popped in (in person) to book it in for about a week later to have tyres fitted and reconfirmed the price, arrived on day to find them refusing to fit the tyres! Totally unreasonable, apparently the guy expected to lose his job if he fitted the new tyres! So now I need to ring around for more quotes - time wasters and very poor not to honour a quote provided less than a week ago - avoid

Friendly prompt service received yesterday afternoon. Tyres purchased through website and where available a day earlier than advised. Two lads worked on changing the tyres on my car. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

I turned up for an appointment at 11am, was told it would be about an hour, an hour and a quarter later both the front wheels were still off so went for lunch, came back to reception and waited and waited for someone to serve us, no one came so I went out to ask if my car was ready, I was told it was round the side of the building and did I want it reversing out ?, I said I could manage.
I went round the side to find my car blocked in, the passage at the side was like a building site, a tyre wall on one side, I had to move a plank of wood with 4 nails sticking out before I could move my car forward, what a great idea for a tyre center !
With a bit of to and fro, I squeezed my car out onto the road, as I was reversing I heard a scraping sound and got out to see what it was, to my dismay I found a sort of wire rack stuck in my brand new tyre, instant puncture !!!
I went back in and explained the situation and suggested that the duty manager come and have a look, he took a look and took the car back, 45 minutes later and another new tyre, I was finally on the road.
Not impressed that they would park my car in an area full of potential puncture hazards !

Not impressed Keith the manager very pleasant went with a tyre that had nail in it they repaired it drove away my pressure warning light came on !! Took it back they tripped the warning light so this morning got car out of garage to go to work which is only 10 mins away luckily because got there tyre flat !! And no warning light to cut a long story short they came and got my car had it all day ! Not a lot of contact on there part my husband phoned in the end told them to put new wheel on which he was told it was a waste of money they would repair it then we got told they had found another puncture !!! That was irreparable not impressed I may be a woman but I'm not stupid total waste of time I will be taking my car to its dealers Nissan in Worthing for a check to make sure my pressure warning has been reset as I asked .

Very average. Arranged online and paid for 2 tyres brand A. Called day of fitting when to arrive for fiitiing. Turned up on time to be told done in about 1hr 45mins. Hang on arranged a time here so I did not have to wait. Look of could not care less. Started the job then was told we cannot find the tyres you ordered. We can fit these ones instead. Not as good or what I ordered. In summary. Order online service rubbish. Fitting rubbish. Will not use again.

Two and half hours of waiting I left when the guy in charge said he hadn't a clue when I would be served and that he hated customers with attitude - I will never return to worthing National Tyres and suggest you do likewise :(
