Called in today to buy new PC. Staff just stood around not showing any interest whatsoever. Waited around to see if anyone would discuss but all staff too busy chatting to each other to be bothered.

We called in over the weekend to pick up a cable ordered click and collect. After being emailed to tell us the order was ready for collection we arrived at the store and as instructed emailed them to say we had arrived. 15 minutes later still no sign of the item. I had to go in and chase it up.

Slowly improving. The stock of items is beginning to catch up to what is newly available rather than lagging behind by about 6 months to a year. The staff are also slowly improving, although I still often find them huddled around talking amongst themselves rather than trying to help customers.

Amazing shop. I was happy with the selection of gadgets and consumables on offer. Just a tad but annoyed as for the portfolio of prices they sell it for.
Great customer service though, all the time. I am always greeted politely by a sales advisor when enquiring about electricals.
