It's alright, prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected from a large store.
It's got a lot of stuff, fridges, TVs sound systems, that sort of stuff. It's is however located in Botley retail park, so upon arriving you are going to feel like you don't belong, on account of you not being dead.

buyer beware I was sold a for dishwasher service agreement for £4 per month however when the machine broke down I was told that as it was within a year I needed to contact Bosch direct to arrange a service call. A clear case of mis- selling. No option to give zero stars

Don't go anywhere else!
The staff are great and really make one feel they care about giving a good service and finding out what one wants. If there is a problem after purchase they bend over backwards to sort things out. I love it there and it's always my first choice because I know I will be looked after.

Good range of products. Has a mission finding someone with GoPro mounts in stock, found these at Currys PC World and cheaper than Amazon. Wish I had looked here first. Staff are friendly but not pushy. Jason served us with a nothing is too much trouble attitude. Thank you for a great service.
