I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from these guys. They were friendly and answered all my questions, not to mention the killer deal they gave me. The only reason I am rating 4 stars is because it had a few check engine codes that were not mentioned on the website (needed thermostat and catalytic converter), as well as a power steering whine. Other than that it was a great experience!

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I am so glad I didn’t purchase from them, I was lucky enough to come here with someone proficient in vehicles and all they were able to waste was a few hours of my time which was frustrating enough as is. Take your business elsewhere, this dishonest lot of rubbish vehicles is NOT worth your time, not even worth a single star rating. A last note; they literally appeared to be taking the vehicle I was interested in OFF THE LOT immediately after we left and if they didn’t, they really should have until it is properly repaired and ready to sell.

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past 10 years. The first vehicle was my second vehicle ever owned and it lasted me almost 10 years. It was a 1993 Ford Explorer. They took great care of the vehicle and were very honest with me about everything on it. That vehicle three months later drove straight from Spokane to Miami, Florida and back with no issues at all. They are a very genuine and honest dealership and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a used car to buy it from them. I just recently purchased a 2006 Nissan Titan truck from them and I am so pleased with the service I got. Not only did they remember me but they worked with me to be able to get into the truck today! These guys are completely dishonest and unprofessional trustworthy do not trust their verbal words get everything written down on your receipts if you buy them if you give them a down payment make sure they write down payment and specifically the make n model if you don’t you will get taken advantage of they have no morals for a local business and their morals do not buy from these guys caution at your own risk ok everyone check out auto sales on Sprague and university they help improve your credit they have better cars for the same price these guys sale

Dishonest and unhelpful. Was looking at a vehicle on website with 187k miles. Listed multiple places with this mileage. Searched the vin and found out it actually had 368k!!! I had spoken to multiple people and no one disclosed this. Also asked multiple times for the Carfax to be emailed or texted to me and nobody ever did When I confronted them they said the dash was replaced with a lower mileage. No idea why theyd do that when the previous sales photos from the auction site they bought it from looked fine, unless they were trying to hide the extremely high miles. Also generally unhelpful when on the phone. Don’t do business with these guys.

Called last week on a pickup. They told me not to fill out the credit app on their website. But go directly to a lender they recommend. So I did. Got approved while checking in with them daily. Took 2 days because banker was out sick one day. To find out when I'm ready to come pick it up they sold it. Very shady and untrustworthy place to do business.

That moment when you just want someone to be real, and tell you the truth.. This is that place! Our truck needs a rebuild of the front end, which left our budget twisted. We found the best suv here! It was a one owner, moderate miles, awd, and not old!! For $1588.00! Leather, heated seats, CD changer, standard shift, great gas mileage, andnit is a 2007 Jeep Compass Limited ❤ You want honesty, and a happy face, go here and see what they have. We did our online and threw text, before going out.to visit. This family is awesome!

I haven't purchased a car from PM. But I'm going to this week. I've lived in Spokane and was raised with my grandfather that owned Ford carlots. I think you very few that where not satisfied with your purchase from PM should put yourself to blame it's a business and ran by family for years it's not easy dealing with the public and trying to please everyone. So if you recall it's a used carlot and you should have went and bought a brand new one or at least waited and had your car or truck checked out there is no law that says you can't have your USED vehicle analyzed before purchase. So the moral to my responding to the negative input about this family is blame yourself and save it for Facebook. Spokane wants to hear positive outcomes and God Bless the Mark's family for putting up with Spokanes finest negative blame game group..lol I think you all just need to get a life and focus on yourself and surviving in these times and get a bus pass...

I bought a truck here at PM Auto Sales in April. Not even a month later I started having issues with it. I took it into a mechanic and had it block tested. The mechanic stated the truck had blown head gaskets and that the codes had been cleared from the vehicle prior to when I bought it. They sold me a vehicle knowing it had a bad engine. I spent 3500 on the truck and when I went back with the mechanics proof of the codes being cleared they told me there was nothing they could do. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A VEHICLE FROM A REAL CAR LOT. Star rating, they deserve a 0.

The Worst place ever. I don’t even want to give them 1 star. Within a week after my 16year old bought a car from them his car broke down. We brought it to Honda to see about getting it fixed and it cost more to fix then it was even worth. I talked to the owner and they said to bad deal with it. They didn’t care at all. My son saved up and bought this car with his own money. He paid $2000 for a car that ran for a week. They also charged my sons card an extra $45 without even telling us for using his debit card. I would not buy a car here. Be very careful if you do.

Regarding the post Shay Standon wrote, here’s the back story: August 22, 2019 would have been 4 months of having the truck, so you’re wrong there (maybe you should look up your records). I also did drive it to Montana considering that is what a vehicle is for. The first trip over it overheated. All fluids were checked before I made the trip. Considering the head gaskets were blown the coolant was not running through the engine correctly. Blown head gaskets cause coolant to leak (maybe do some research). And mechanics can see what you have cleared on a vehicle. I have a statement from the mechanic. I also work as a firefighter in another state and could not come in personally. I am not going to waste my time, energy, and money making a trip back to spokane if nothing was going to be done. I also called you personally and you said it was okay that a family member came in for me. You will not get my business and I will make sure people know exactly how you run your business.

Reviews speak for themselves, if I could give zero stars that would be too nice. Worst people on the planet, they pick up the phone and go "yeah?" Then you proceed to make an inquiry about a vehicle. (Vehicle is already over priced and has a bad transmission) you then say you'll call them back shortly to which they respond "sure you will" *click* shot yourselves in the foot pm auto. Good luck!

This place isnt even worth one star. Bought a vehicle from them and not even 24 hours later it broke down. Brought it back and they tried to make it right. We got into another car and it broke down less than 6 hours after we got it off the lot! Take your money elsewhere. You'll just get ripped off here

Bought a BMW from them and it was supposed to be a good running suv was driving it back from Spokane to Montana overheated 3 Times and 3 months later over 3000 dollars needed to be done to the suv just to run right. Be careful and don't listen to them, get a mechanic to look over automobile before buying! I called them right after it overheated and nothing, no call back nothing!

I wish there is a chance of putting 0 star instead of 1. This place is where I was ripped of my money. I recommend this to NO ONE. I bought 2005 Chevy Impala with the only money I had (student's money), and found the next morning that it had transmission issues. They did not intend to do anything about it. They even did not want to consider my plead that they shall make a discount. I am very much upset, and feel like some one robbed my money. This is the worst place.

Don’t waste your time here it’ll just cause headache and stress, the owners are a bunch of cheap crooks that just want your money. They run a shady business even amongst the car community in Spokane when you hear about the Marks (the family that owns this shady business) everyone just instantly remember this excuse of a dealership. Anyways I thought I’d check them out since they had a Toyota SUV I was interested in. First off online it said it was 4WD first dealbreaker it was not and from the looks of it this isn’t the first time they tried pulling something shady like this reading some of the other reviews. Second of all I pulled in there walked over to the car to take a look and nobody ever came out to help me. So I walked into their office and asked the younger looking guy about the car he didn’t give me the time of day and another older guy approached me and this man was just absolutely the rudest car salesman’s I’ve ever dealt with obviously didn’t buy the car. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Not even worth 1 star. I bought a van off of them using all of my tax return. Turns out it has a bad transmission and they won't do anything about it. I am going to dedicate my time to make sure they don't rip off anyone else...especially single mothers. I have spent every day since I bought the van trying to resolve this situation and now Pete the owner said, "Take me to court then." So that is EXACTLY what I am going to do. This is criminal!n

Half the cars batteries were dead and they do in-house financing but they want 2/3 down with a very short contract, I'm thinking not much faith in what they're selling is the reason for high down payment and only months to pay it off.
