I have been using them for years which probably says it all - kinda better the devil you know. My advice to them for yrs is update the dash- it's so unnecessarily complex- e.g. 8 clicks/screens before I can access my email (2 user name/pw screens incl.). It's like the owners have made their money and now don't care. So many other things, never hear from them except at bill time, no assistance with building website, HTTPS is charged per URL(€60!!!), etc etc etc. And no new offers/benefits for long term clients - 4 stars but counting down. Staff are great tho.

I have been trying to get help regarding my website with this company. I got really poor service. You ring up accounts and a guy from tech support answers you. He is less than helpful and asked me to ring back. I suggested he should take my details and get back to me. I sent emails that have not been responded to. I wanted to end my hosting and it was just around 16 days after I purchased the product. Other web providers give around 30 day cooling off period. I wouldn't purchase off these guys again. Their customer support if poor and their cooling off period is too short.

Bad experience with them from the start so I cancelled my registration. They are now withholding my domain and though they keep telling me they are going to release it, still no joy and no information from them. Avoid!!
