Poor advice given, we were told 5g would only work with unlimited data which was false and when I asked about apple TV free for a year with an iPhone we were told you don't get any channels unique to apple which i believe there are unique channels to apple TV.

After buying 2 High Value products on a significant contract each month, you would think the shop would be only too happy to help when one of your products is`nt working as it should. I clearly came in on the wrong day, being greeted by 2 advisers who clearly didn't want to be at work. Not only did they not offer to help or clearly want to help, they also gave me incorrect advice. Now having run my own business for a number of years customer service and first impressions count, they clearly don`t with Vodafone.

I was very happy with the service that I received yesterday in regards to sorting my apple watch out at the store :) also the staff were very friendly also its not every day you go into a Vodafone store to sort something out to then come out the store having a crush on one the female staff members (girl with the Glasses ????) ????

People here a waste of time. Went in yesturday for a new sim card. Told me it was open on a sunday. Walked into town just to find out it was closed. Use another store not this one. Absoulty useless here

While it's a small shop the staff are very nice and friendly. I just wish it was a bit bigger and allowed you to test the phones without having to wait to ask a member of staff - especially as other phone shops are close by

Fine when you are buying, absolutely appalling customer service when something goes wrong, they ignore the law and consumer rights. Buyer beware. Update, Still not responding so having to take them to court, watch this space.
