I introduced a new customer to three my family member 3 was giving an offer we both gonna get £25 each Amazon's voucher it's nearly year now I did contact to customers services every time they said we will send your reward via email but still hasn't arrived really disappointed shouldn't trust on them

Hopeless members of Staff, after going in to complain about my three phone and the staff member refusing to help, as it was a apple phone and i needed to reach out to apple for help although my phone was a three phone.
My response was ‘where does it say that in my contract that i would have to go directly to apple to fix this problem’
Her reply ‘it doesn't’
Then she told me basically she wouldn’t help and we was just gonna go round in circles.
Rude members of staff, Horrible horrible place avoid.

Just changed from EE to 3 went into Walsall to ask for help regarding down loading data from one to the other and was blatantly refused help even though my new contract was with 3.Will not be recommending the Walsall store to anybody absolutely disgraceful service.It seems they only want to sell you phones not give you any help,have contacted 3 hq regarding Walsall.
