Having visited the shop today to upgrade my phone I feel I have to say what wonderful helpful service I received from Sam. She went above and beyond helping me as I was rather upset due to a sad family issue and anxious that my new phone would be fully working and have all data transferred. She was kind and reassuring and a credit to O2.

Took out 12 month contract and within 3 days they put price up 2.5% RPI ?. I understand an annual price rise but not within days of taking a contract out. Terrible customer service was very rude and unhelpful I have 3 contracts with O2 time to leave when they expire.

My mother went in and spoke to Craig on a couple of occasions and he was exceptionally helpful, helping her with something that he could easily have said wasn’t to do with o2 in a way but he got her and her phone back on track and I wanted to say a huge thank you to him.
