I have been working with Nick at Crimzon for the last 5 months and it has been a pleasure. Nick is very knowledgeable, not only about the technical side of things, but he builds such great rapport with his clients that he knows their pain points and challenges and can therefore offer a bespoke service. Nick always goes above and beyond to help us and has shown integrity, reliability and excellent customer care. He is also incredibly patient when dealing with non ''techie'' people!!!

I have used Nick Maden for over 13 years for my business mobile contracts, VOIP lines and handsets through various companies I have worked with. Having recently set up a new business, he was the first and only person I called to discuss what we needed both now and in the future. Within 2 days I had a low cost mobile and 2 VoIP telephone licences to get us up and running this a load of options for these services to expand as we do.
There really was no reason to call anyone else. Crimzon offer good honest advices and are always happy to help.

We have been a client of Crimzon Communications for two years with both our office based system and mobiles and we can't fault the service they offer. Nick installed our office VoIP system in 2019 and during the Covid lockdowns its proved to be a very valuable tool allowing us to take the office calls from anywhere via a simple APP. Besides the simplicity of this service, our bills have almost halved!
Likewise, Nick has saved us money with the company mobile plan. Nick beat every other company vying for our business with a single quotation. The other companies all tried coming back with better prices but Nicks price was still the best, no Dutch auction which is refreshing and reassuring that his clients really are important. Nick or Claire immediately answer our questions and have even gone the extra mile helping us to close down our old communication contracts. I seriously believe you wont find a more customer focused communications business.

Nick at Crimzon Communications has been able to assist me with my business telecoms to a standard that I have never seen before.
Not only was Nick able to reduce my mobile phone bill, but he also introduced 2 business landlines for me that connect to my mobile phone - and this all totalled to less than my original mobile phone bill!
In addition to this, Nick is quick to respond to queries, he is courteous, professional and he delivers on what he says he will do.
Imagine if your current telecoms provider actually sounded like they cared about you are your business - well, working with Nick, I no longer have to imagine! Thank you Nick!

We have used Nick and his team for many years. Pleased we are using a local company who know how to answer the 'phone and resolve matters (compare this with a big telecoms company). It is good to do business with a knowledgeable company that will match OUR requirements and not dictate terms from a computer script. We could probably get the service a few quid cheaper with the big boys but my time is too valuable to hang waiting for them to answer my call.

Nick @ Crimzon has looked after our mobile phone account on Vodafone for over 8 years and our landline phones for 4 years. We have regular contract with Crimzon and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Whilst we don’t have a large account we still feel that we receive a lot of attention which we have never experienced with any other telecoms companies that we have used in the past. We are always kept up to date with the most cost effective tariffs and any new technology that may be of benefit to us. Crimzon Communications have looked after our mobile phone contract for some time now. Not only has this saved us money as the cost seems to come down at each renewal point, but we also no longer have any hassle that is normally associated with dealing with the network operators. We just make a quick call to Crimzon and they do all the work for us. This really is a completely hassle free service from start to finish. We know that Crimzon always have our best interests at heart and we consider them to be our “Trusted Providers” for anything to do with our company mobile phones. I could not recommend them enough to anyone running a business that has mobile phones.

Crimzon installed our VoIP telephone system in 2017. We have been very pleased with it ever since. As a small multi-site office based business it does everything we need it to do and more. What is more pleasing than the telephone system itself is the ongoing services and support that we receive from Nick and his team. Nothing is too much trouble and all the programming amendments that we have asked for since the installation have been done efficiently, without fuss and without us having to lift a finger. The Covid19 situation has forced all of our staff to work from home. The telephone system was the easiest aspect of this process to implement. We simply took the phones home and plugged them into the internet. We are now up and running as if we were still in the office. We are now very pleased to be transferring our mobile phones over to Crimzon’s. This will save us more money and give us the peace of mind knowing that we will be well looked after. Crimzon has been handling my business and personal mobiles for 10 years now, the level of service you will receive from this company money cannot buy. Exceptional in every way, I will not entertain a call from a competitor as there is no incentive they could offer to beat this level of service. Recently I had a voice over internet system installed by Crimzon and it's fantastic to have a landline number for my business without the need for a physical line which is very cost effective. If you have a business and are looking for a VoIP or mobile service provider then look no further! You will not be disappointed.
