The company was great at helping us get away from our last supplier who turned really nasty when we tried to move and the service with Voip so far has been great. The integration with our software is working really well and loved by my staff.

With a new phone system, the most important things to us were reliability, functionality, back-up (should we ever have any problems) and minimising the disruption during the change over from our existing phone provider. Having discussed this this with AJ from the VoIP Shop and his assurances we decided to proceed.
The new phone system was installed on time and all of our existing telephone numbers ported over. Kieron from the VoIP shop commissioned the systems to ensure it was working correctly and has been invaluable over the past year, ensuring any issues were sorted out very quickly and professionally. Since the initial installation we have added some additional functionality to our phone system that all went very smoothly. One function which has been very useful over the past year has been the ability to allow people to work from home and still use the office telephone system.
Thank you to everyone at the VoIP Shop for making this a seamless and simple process, a very professional company who does what they say they will do.

The VOIP shop have been instrumental in assisting us with the deployment of a system that would allow our team to work from home as well as have the ability to switch between Remote and Office working.
Our previous system was extremely complicated and did not achieve what we wanted. With a single call with Abrar and the team they were able to grasp our requirements and deploy the system in 48 Hours.
We now have remote processes for our team as well as within our office. With our IT Support team abroad we now have a single comms method that allows us to transfer and work as a complete team without having any problems of offices in different locations.
We look forward to continuing our work with The VOIP Shop as we scale and believe we have the perfect telecoms partner in helping us achieve what we require.

I have been dealing with these guys for 5 years and lately i Started an Estate Agency They supplied me with the kit and 2 phone lines, I can simply say they are professional but this is underrated , extraordinary super service, The are very helpful running the extra mile to solve your problem. Especially Mr Abrar who is a genius and will solve any issue, Efficient service cost effective and reliable products. I think 5 stars is not enough.

After being let down by a national company I contacted The Voip Shop explaining the stress this national company was causing and could they help and advise, AJ offered to help! and help he did and within a day he had contacted the national company with ourselves on conference call helping us to cancel the new contract due to no equipment being delivered and no number porting date.
We can not thank this company enough for all their help in getting our project back on track so quickly and effectively the
telephone equipment installed and numbers ported within the week and at a much lower monthly cost.
We highly recommend The Voip Shop .

Wwe have had the pleasure of having The Voice shop manage our phone systems for around 3 years, their service is outstanding, I do not say this lightly.
From day one we were guided through the process of Voip telephony, we didn't have to do a thing, it was seamless from the start.
On going care meant that a new Open Reach line that for us had been all but impossible to get installed being almost off grid. The voip shop successfully arranged the installation of a new line for us, this took all the stress and hassle away from us. I short they were superb.
Many companies promise the earth to get you as a client, after which you quickly become a number.. the Voip shop have continued to provide first class service, any queries we have are dealt with quickly and professionally.
If you are looking for a Voip system then don't bother shopping around to save a pound, service like theirs is very hard to find, why waste your time and money,, call these guys.

Great company to deal with. They spent the time to make sure they demonstrated the product, discussed our needs, ensured we have the ability to expand and upgrade in the future, and made a rapid delivery of the new service.
They can help set up your new system, or if you are more technically minded like me, they are equally happy to let you set it up yourself.
The products described seem accurate and they are clear and transparent with their pricing and setup costs. You get a dedicated account manager, and mine actually spent the time to give me tips on how to set up cost effectively and other useful communications pointers.

I contacted the VOIP shop about 18 months ago when I setup a new business. I needed to get a phone system and of course was conscious of cost.
I cant speak highly enough of them - they are really informative, clear and offered me several options. I set my phones up with them and the quality and price have both been faultless. Its was literally as simple as plug and go. I've just had to add a service or two for a new employee and again they made everything so easy. They've help me with apps on PC's and mobiles so it always look like Im dialling from the office wherever I am.

We have been on VOIP phones for a number of years, the first company we used were awful, the second was as bad as the first. Lines were constantly dropping, phones out of service and support was terrible. We were going to give up on VOIP. We decided to give it one last try. The VOIP Shop have been amazing in 6 years of usage we have never had an issue with our lines, the help and support from the guys is first class. I wouldn't look any further.
