You need to put your number plate in the ticket machine. Keep the parking ticket for a few months because they will send a letter saying you put the wrong number plate in the machine and try to exhort 100 pounds from you in a fine. Send a COPY of the ticket and tell them to get lost. I did not keep the ticket but stood my ground and they dropped the fine after threatening me. I knew I had entered the correct number plate.

Good place to park especially if visiting St Thomas Hospital as it is just opposite and not badly priced for London

Fabulous parking place right in the middle of London. Better prices if booked online, and great customer service from all of the parking attendants. My husband is using the parking regularly and is the parking attendants service that kept him going back. Thank you to you all.

Chelmsford Granary. If I could this would be a zero star review My partner has been using this car park for the last few weeks as she can no longer use the park and ride, and as a key worker she needs to get into town. Parking tickets were purchased for every day and clearly displayed in the front windscreen of the vehicle. In 2 weeks of parking there we receieved 7 YES 7 parking notices saying that we had not paid. Luckily we have kept the tickets so have evidence that we have paid which also clearly shows the reg number. Its just annoying having to keep going through the appeals process. On speaking to a couple of other car park users it seems this is happening to a lot of people using this car park, so either park elsewhere, or keep hold of your tickets!

I like their place, a life saver, convenient car park for good access to London eye and Queen’s walk area.

Relatively safe and easy to use. Very close to Park Plaza Westminster. £20 per day is relatively cheap compared to valet rate of hotel which is £45 per day. Friendly staff onsite.

Parked in Chelmsford and purchased a packing ticket. Which I have done loads of times and used one of the two parking machines. Put in the back windscreen of car so the inspector did not have to walk round the car to look for the ticket Unfortunately after leaving the car and the time the ticket inspector gave me a ticket the parking ticket folded over so he could not see it. When I appealed and sent a picture of the parking ticket I was told that they did not recognise the ticket that was sent. I have regrettably paid the fine because I could not be bothered with all the chasing around appealing this. But where is there common sense? This company is just a money making machine.

You can normally pay by card in St.Neots. On one particular day one of the two machines wasn't working and the other card machine was broken. In -2 I didn't want to walk my kids into town to get 50p. Tried to pay but couldn't and yet they still insist on their fine, maybe if you maintained your machines I could have paid.

The location was very close to my hotel, but hard to find. However, the staffs were super nice and friendly. Highly recommend

Worst crooked parking operator! No one bothers to o and check pay and display tickets on site, so if you accidently entered your car reg wrong on the ticket machine, - you are entitled to £100 pcn! Avoid at any cost

Staff very pleasant when asked question. Parking can be quite challenging if you drive a big vehicle. Prefect for close access to the hospital, which is especially important to me.

The car park is southend is part of a college that I attend. It is free every day after 6pm I entered it at 17.57pm and it was packed because of an open evening, by the time I had parked and walked to the machine, the 3 MINUTES had gone and it was past 6. After 6pm, you cannot pay, it automatically rolls over to Wednesday. They decided to give me a £60 parking fine over 3 minutes! I think it's absolutely ridiculous! I don't think it's worth parking there, I also know several other people who have been fined for the tiniest thing!

Cheap and cheerful, thanks. Not too smart but decent sized spaces. Seems to be half covered half open. Pay by phone also which was easier for me than Pay and display

Britannia car park in George Street Huntingdon. They issued me with a parking charge notice when I had paid for my parking. This made me waste my time trying to appeal the PCN and caused me a lot of distress. The appeal process is also very poor. Many times people parking in this car park have been issued with high parking charges. The worst possible way to manage a car park. I would recommend that the management check how they are managing this car park and avoid causing distress to customers.

A really convenient car park but cars are tightly packed in. Site is manned and payment is cash or card. Site is 60-70% covered by a roof. The rest is open air, mostly overflow parking. Take normal precautions by hiding expensive stuff or not leaving it in the car.

The security was very friendly and helpful. Good place to park. Here is a photo of the parking charges. You can also use the paybyphone app which i find more useful so you can track your parking more conveniently.

Got a fine.... yeah I was in the wrong here. but when paying it declines your payment if you're attempting to pay at the 40% discount rate within 14 days.... funny that! So i have attempted to write an appeal stating my issues and uploading screenshots as evidence showing I have attemptied to pay. The appeal page crashes every time... funny that! Britannia Parking you need to sort it out!

Scum.....went abroad wasnt aware of my ticket and now has gone up to £160 and when i explained this received a very snotty email. Basically said i should have telepathic powers and should've paid regardless of knowing whether i had a ticket or not. Legalised gangsters.

For some reason the entrance was deemed as NO ENTRY so when you get there you have to keep going till you reach Royal street. From there you have to access through what used to be the exit. Problem is no satnav and no maps will show you the right way. Also, there is absolutely NO markings either on the road or anywhere to explain how to get there. This I spent an hour circling around the building looking for the entrance. I paid online, unfortunately, otherwise I would have searched another parking. I DON’T recommend this parking not only because of this issue, but also because I tried to contact them to discuss the matter but they didn’t answer. So, quite an unserious business.

Nice place to park for central london with tube stations not too far. Bit tricky to find, even when using a sat nav with the correct post code, found it by chance as sat nav took us the wrong way. £20 for 24 hour parking ideal, plus the added benifit of having on site 24 hour guards ensure your car stays safe.
