I have used this garage a couple of times now and the staff are always very professional and friendly. They have gone out of their way to fit me in on the diary or get my car sorted as quickly as possible and I would definitely recommend them!

I normally Kwik Fit for MOTs but this time, I booked a free vehicle check online and a slow puncture was detected. They kindly fitted a next-day emergency repair in despite a heavy schedule. All the staff were really nice and helpful. Would highly recommend. Thanks again for a super service!

Went in for a punctured tyre, I was greeted by a great chap named Daryl. Super friendly and really knew his stuff, I came out with 4 brand new ones at a great price and fitted in perfect time. Lovely customer service and will definitely be coming back next time. Give the man a raise

I used Kwik Fit for the annual service of my car as it was much more cost efficient compared to the dealership. Unfortunately, I haven't been satisfied with the service i received. I found a scratch on the bumper of my car, which in the beginning they denied but got them to cover the rework eventually, and ever since my service i was getting a message on my dash to reduce the oil level in the engine. I had to visit for a second time to take some oil off. Won't use them again for service.

Great service from the guys, especially Rob & Nick who, even when close to closing for the evening, were caring and helpful enough to take the time look at the tyre issue, offer advice and arrange repair.
(I had already been to 3 other garages post 5PM that afternoon, including another KF branch without any offer of help or advice!)
How great to have caring guys like Rob & Nick in the KF business!

My car has always been a bit of a nightmare but the manager there took the time to explain the issues to me, went out of his way to sort things and given the amount of work that needed doing, gave a good price and quick turnaround! Friendly service from everyone I spoke to as well :) and my car today was driving the best it's done in ages! Thanks again!

I have used Kwik Fit numerous times and always received a great service but today they really went above and beyond. Thank you Daryl and Amar.
The front of my car had damaged body work and piece hanging down which needed to be seen to as dragging along the road. They told me this is not something they can fix and recommend where I can go. That garage was not open on a Sunday and I was struggling to drive the car due to the damage. I also have to attend hospital tomorrow so was worried about getting it fixed in time.
Both guys without me even asking said they can see what they can do and got it on to the ramp and had a look. They managed to do a temporary fix- live savers! I was so grateful to them and really recommend this garage even more so now.

Took my car in car in for a routine service. Was met by the centre manager. Donnacha, who was polite, efficient and courteous. The service was a little 'overdue' but he managed to fit me in quite quickly, despite the centre obviously being very busy.
I was very satisfied with the service I received from Kwik Fit and would happily recommend Donnacha and his team.

Dropped my car off to get a tyre looked at and lightbulb changed at the beginning of the week went to pick it up on Wednesday and they would have let me leave without telling me they hadn't done the light, but thankfully I asked and they "didn't have time". Booked in for today (Friday) and get a call to say that they are going to have to take the front bumper off to change it and that it was going to cost me £50.00 labor - which they didn't tell me on Wednesday. They clearly have no idea how to change the bulb/ couldn't be bothered to look at any YouTube videos online which tell you step by step how to do it. Complete waste of time and if they can't even change a lightbulb I wouldn't trust them to change anything else. Wont be back.

I was always skeptical of Kwik fit from rumours in the past but the have been nothing but honest and genuine and told me straight up what issues with my car where and they stated would cost more to fix than getting a new one so commend them definately appreciate their honesty

Went to get brake pads checked as sound emitting from tires. The work needed was explained by helpful staff/mechanic who layed it out in simple, understandable terms, and was fixed in a couple of hours. Happy popped in.

Great that these places stayed open during this virus time and glad to get a great price for replacing tyres. All the demands with spacing upon entering the reception was a bit over extreme but that's just the way it is. Nothing outstanding service wise and told to expect a call in an hour or 1.5 hours when ready. The call never came and so 2 hours later I returned to find car finished and no apology for not ringing, he did say he was trying to do 4 things at once???? Great price but basic service.

Had two valves replaced today, had my space saver on the car. They replaced the valves, put my wheel back on put my space saver in the boot, checked the pressure of ALL my tyres and pumped up where necessary, then reset my tyre pressure warning system on the dash. They were quick, polite, professional, and well groomed(they must have there own barber). The price was a lot cheaper than I expected well done lads and thank you

No customer service skills. Having booked in for an MOT and service I received a call to say they were open from 10-4 on the bank holiday and to come in at 10. Arriving at 10am and then waiting in the office I was told they couldn't do the MOT as I was two minutes late. When I complained I was greeted with a shrug of the shoulders, defensive and couldn't care attitude. Won't be using Kwik Fit again.

MOT. Used online booking system which was very user friendly; paid via Paypal. Received confirmation email receipt and text reminder promptly. Friendly and professional staff and Supervisor who went through the advisories. Wait in the comfy waiting area with complimentary drinks/ water or pop up to Boundary road shops.

Visited Kwik Fit today as my run flat tyre was attacked and badly damaged by one of the pot hole virus that I didn't notice!
Great service and my tyre was expertly and very quickly replaced to almost Formula 1 standards!
Also, a very competitive price which eased the pain of an avoidable and annoying expense.

MOT booked online pain free slick process. Don the duty manager slightly lacking in empathy, took a few minutes to acknowledge my presence. Asked me to place the car keys on the desk, odd behaviour. I was early but Don told me that the MOT was booked for 4pm and that's the time it would be done. The car was taken through at 16:13 hrs. The car passed the MOT with 3 advisories, all tyre related. 2 advisories were tyre condition non-specific. I asked for an explanation and Don said he couldn't do a tyre report until the next day. I pushed and he joined me at the car and explained the advisories. The other advisory was a nail in a tyre, Don didn't offer a repair. The MOT bay cctv monitor in the waiting room wasn't working so I couldn't observe the process. The beverage machine had 'do not touch' stickers stuck on it. A technician entered the waiting room to ask if Don wanted something from the shops, he also offered to fetch a drink for me, a lesson in empathy that Don could learn from. I didn't feel cherished as customer and felt that the experience lacked in the type of professionalism I would expect from Kwikfit.

Fantastic service from the amazing staff (Don & Dorion) at this Kwik Fit branch. Had a sudden blow out whilst on holiday and didn't have a spare. After trying 3 other local tyre places, arrived at Kwik Fit at 4pm and the staff here were more than accommodating. Very friendly and efficient service. Had me & my family back on the road in no time. Can't praise them enough.

terrible service here. Had booked an MOT and service. the only time they had available was on the last day before MOT expired. The next day was going on a two week driving holiday. Showed up on the morning, apparently no MOT tester! They said they tried to ring me, but could not explain why they didn't leave a message. No manager available then discovered the manager was the one who made the call! The lack of follow through and professionalism wa terrible.

Told my mum what she needed and what to keep an out for, as an engineer I knew the problems before hand but he noticed a fault I didn’t recognise, I worried when she told me what company she went to. But after this and checking the work myself I am very impressed! Good job

first experience here was amazing. definitely 5 stars.
so went back about half a year later to have the car fully serviced using the top end package on offer.
booked online. was called a few days before to say they couldn't do that day, even tho it had been booked for weeks.
changed the booking over the phone. arrived to drop car off... no record of booking. Turned out it wasn't added to the system... but said they would get it fitted in that day.
service overall was fine. all carried out great.
however it's what came after the service that was a bit frustrating.
was told rear & front discs needed replacing due to being worn to thin, along with the pads and the handbrake. QUOTED about 700£ to do the work.
car passed it's MOT 4 months earlier, so found this slightly odd.
Got a second opinion at Autovets who quoted me £600 to do all the above..... But when they went to do the work they called me up to ask who had told me all this needed doing ?
As it 100% did not need doing at all. there was no brake warning lights, and the discs / pads easily still had a good few thousand miles left in them.
they offered to adjust the handbrake to resolve that issue with no other work needing doing AT ALL.
so in short... won't be rushing back to kwik fit any time soon.
However, Autovets in wooding-dean are incredible.
best garage I've found in years.
