I ordered St Johns Wort carrier oil and received a bottle of almost clear oil. The picture on the left is what I usually receive and have been very satisfied with, however the latest bottle is clearly not the same product. As stated on their website St. Johns Wort flower is red. I was sent an abrupt email saying Our Lab has checked this latest batch of St John's Wort to be absolutely fine and how it should be, this is batch number 21KM0797. Work it out for yourselves.

I really like this company. I was gifted a box set and they have lasted a long time. I now purchased my own oils and I went directly to the warehouse. The warehouse smelt lovely. Lots of ladies working hard trying to keep everything afloat. Nice lady at the desk, a little bit messy but to be fair it's covid and a warehouse! I like the oils they smell lovely and I will continue to purchase my oils from here. I think some of the 1 star reviews are a bit extreme. Thanks Hannah.

People from the area new about this fake information.
So, unless you explain to us what this is about, I think you have created an online business using fake information. This is not ethical. Luckily we didn't waste our time in Wallington area and found some lovely lavender fields.

Use this company if you know what you want and can drive to the store to get it. Don’t bother with the website or phone. The website is not updated regularly and they never pick up the phone. The products are good but their customer service is non existent.

I received some damaged products, used the online complaint procedure and sent pictures to the online agent. Once the agent had received my pictures, she just stopped responding. I have messaged numerous times and no response. When I call I get the voicemail every time! If they think I won't take this further then they are very mistaken. Absolutely useless customer service, even if the products were the best around it wouldn't be worth the annoyance

I ordered some oils in an aluminium bottle and they sent plastic. They sent they haven't used aluminium for over 8months but still available on the website and at a higher price. I was able to send them back but had to pay the return postage. Not happy!

I'm going to give naturally thinking 5 star. I was reading previous reviews and my experience with their customer service has been nothing but amazing. Their products are wonderful and very reasonably priced for the quality. The only feedback I would like to give is the packaging being changed is inconvenient for us who have online listing of the products. But other than that great company!!

It is so unfortunate that Natural Thinking products are such good quality. However it is let down by their customer service history and product lead times. I myself still buy from them, but have had to change packaging on several occasions as product items can be out of stock on so many occasions. This in turn has cost me money as my labeling is custom made to fit the packaging they supply. Please please please have a little more respect for your customer base, and be proactive when having problems with supply and demand.

Agreed I've been using them for years but their cistcust service is appalling! You can never actually speak to anyone even if you leave many voice messages no one gets back to you! They need to up their game and do some more training seriously.

I ordered some oils from them some time ago and although there was a long lead time the oil I wanted eventually arrived. I normally use another supplier who is a million times better but they did not have this particular oil. I ordered another 100ml and got two bottles of 50ml and one of 10ml. I ordered 10ml of another oil and got two bottles of 50ml. Have tried to call them but their telephone number has broken down and there is no answer from the substitute one. Not impressed at all and will not be using them again. There are more efficient and better suppliers out there.

Products and packaging is cool. But in 2017, these guys had a plaque saying , '' ANY CHILDREN LEFT UNATTENDED, WILL BE SOLD AS SLAVES''. I explained to the cashier, that even though I can see the humour in it, that other people might not think the same way and it could lead to them being attacked from people that are not as open minded.. They simply said, few months back, ''an Indian woman kicked off'' ( I think she found it funny), but management doesn't see nothing wrong with it, so she is not taking it down. Eventually a young ''English'' worker hid it. As an Afro-Caribbean man, seeing the way they handled that issue, shows that they have a long way to go. So my experience that day (which was not my first) was 0 STARS.

I was very impressed with their bad customer service, the worst I have seen.
Customer service/ online chat is completely useless, they don't have any product knowledge about how to use their product and shipment out of the UK.
The parcel I have received split it in two, and really dusty.
Now I know why they have some many bad reviews on google. If you decided to consider them as a supplier trust me! please don't. They would make you lose a lot of money.

Naturally Thinking was recommended to me by a work colleague who makes her own cosmetics. After being impressed with the scent she had made to relieve menopausal symptoms, I placed an order for essential oils and a SLS free shampoo base which arrived promptly earlier this week. The oils were of excellent quality and very reasonably priced. After diffusing the oils and experiencing several benefits from doing so, my daughter and I decided to visit the shop in Croydon to purchase more along with a carrier oil. The shop was like Alladin's cave with lots of base products on offer. We're now looking forward to trying out one of their cosmetic making courses.

It was very unprofessional I ordered a couple of products which were test items they were supposed come in seven days it turned into nearly a year .Very poor communication and Worst customer service after lots of complaint emails I decided to get my money back then I received a reply from them and they were offering 50% off the price and to also get a refund and get my certificate with in a day,that never happened!!!

I have been using Naturally Thinking since 2013.
I find that my biggest problem with Naturally Thinking, is their inconsistency in their supply chain.
I use their 50ml Blue PET pots for my products. Naturally Thinking are the only UK supplier I can find for these pots. Recently I went to place a large order for the pots to find that they are out of stock.
This is not the first time that they have run out of their packaging. I used to use their clear PET pots and had to change to the Blue when they ran out of the clear and had a long lead time for them to come back into stock.
On this occasion, I rang to enquire when the pots would be back in stock to be told (without any apology) that it would be 3 MONTHS!
I find it inconceivable that such an organisation as this, who provide training courses, testing and supply a large number of items to the industry, can have such a poor supply chain. Particularly when using the pots themselves for the products that they sell.
I have since found a new supplier in Slovakia who can ship the identical pot to arrive with me 14days after placing the order.
If I can source the other items that I buy from Naturally Thinking elsewhere, then I will certainly be doing so and won't be using them again.

Honestly I would like to try again BUT, had to cancel order and ask for refund. Late dispatch of goods 4 days later was still waiting for an email to confirm goods are being packed! Have ordered goods from the Netherlands and they get to me in two days flat (don't get me started on Brexit). Maybe there isn't enough staff

I ordered a few essential oils online. Lavender, bergamot and rosewood were good but cinnamon and vetivert were awful. I know vetivert has a particular scent but this quality wasn't good. And cinnamon made me very disappointed, smelled like pure alcohol, I could hardly feel the spicy sweetness of cinnamon. I would never order aromatherapy oils again without try them first. The quality of the ingredients are not spectacular. I'd rather pay more for better quality.

Don't buy with this company if you want receive your parcel , read reviews in another trust websites about them and will check why .
This company should be sued and lost then rights of salling on line , i made a order online and paid for express next day delivery , the parcel never arrived but 4 days later I got a email from them delivery company saying it was delivered included the name who has signed , when I asked them the proof of they , after several emails and phone calls they simply vanished sending me email saying my case was closed , when I call them the answer is they are cheasing the company , but the true is I never got my parcel . I opened a dispute on PayPal and hopefully it will be sort out with PayPal despite but I have to wait 23 day to close the dispute . This the worst way to treat a custumer , I'm a masseuse therapist and explained I need the product to work , if they could send me the product , no answer ! Don't buy with them you have the risk of lost your money apart of the stress you will suffer .
