Terrible customer service. Walked in and there seemed to be no one in there apart from an assistant showing something to a lady on the phone (not sure if she was a client). I approached her and she called someone in to help me, as there were actually three or more assistants chatting at the back of the counter. One of them helped me to try out the powder I was looking for but she clearly just wanted to get rid of me as quick as possible. I didn’t get it in the end as I started feeling very awkward being there. Very bad shopping experience for a supposedly luxury brand.

Popped into London Bridge branch, quite small but fully equipped. I was dressed in my workout gear as I'm a spin instructor but I was showered and clean still presentable!! I was in the branch for 10 mins, not one sales assistant came to offer me ANY help at all. I even made eye contact with a couple of the girls and they ignored me, they weren't even serving anyone. Now, I was the only customer who was black, but I'm sincerely hoping that that wasnt the reason they decided not to help me ???? MAC has been one of the best brands of makeup that I've used but I'll be doing my best to find another brand to use. Yes, MAC you've lost a customer who does have buying power.

Shocking customer service. Walked in and there were 3 people working -and no other customers. I was clearly trying to look for something but none of the staff tried to help me or even acknowledged me. Two of them were talking to each other and another was sat on their phone. I eventually found what I was looking for and went to the tills, the woman serving didn’t even say hello and asked me if I got the item myself which was hilarious. She couldn’t be anymore incompetent or ignorant if she tried. She didn’t smile the whole time and when I had paid she didn’t even thank me and just went back to talking to her colleague.
Wouldn’t use this branch again!

DO NOT GO HERE - awful customer service from Lisa. Very rude and immature. No customer service skills whatsoever. Got screamed at, hands waving in my face and trying to follow me around the department store while screaming she is pregnant. Very disappointing as MAC have lost a customer of 10 years because of this. Shaken up by the whole experience. beware before entering this store.
