Good prices, low MOQ's but ..... possibly the worst customer service in the UK cosmetic industry. Example - requested component dimensions on 5 occasions, by online messages, direct emails and telephone calls - finally got response 9 days later, but didn't answer the question! As this supplier doesn't provide samples to manufacturers (unlike BlueSky, Nekem etc) it would be good to know dimensions for label & carton design, before placing a large order for components - hint hint!

There is no customer service on the phone.I have been trying constantly over the past few weeks to get in touch to sort out a matter.You hang on the phone to be told "No support agents are currently available to take your call."I also sent an email which has not yet been answered....Terrible

I waited on the telephone line for 20 min to find out why the order I made for some product testing (max 12 weeks turn around) has not been processed - 6 months later . The phone wait is getting longer. The record has now been 47 mins (no reply). The recent order was late and one of the two products is wrong.

Les dimensions des boîtes cosmétiques étaient mauvaises ! Jai commandé 2 types de boites et les dimensions du site avait 2cm de moins : le service client m'a répondu que tout était ok !! Cette boutique est vraiment une honte. Ils ont changés les dimensions du site 48h après et me soutienne que non !!! Je n'ai jamais vu ça !!!. Quelle honte , ne commandez pas car quand vous avez payé, c'est fini .
