Great service! Good prices, a little confusing of the procedure as once i had the outside of the car cleaned, i wasn't told where to go to get the inside cleaned so i just guessed. For a first time visit, this should have been made more clearer. Besides that good quick service for a small team

Went to this car wash the owner kept on forcing me to upgrade the wash and then when insisted not upgrading made a very ugly face and said we won’t touch your car just go in the machine. As If was begging him to wash the car for free. Never seen so rude people in life. After car wash seen my car even more dirty then before. Waste of money

Cheapest car wash you can get is the only good thing about this place. Rude staff, cars seem to get stuck on the belt, the machine always breakdown and partially cleans the car.
Your car will come out half clean, basic wash should be called “partial wash”. The machine does not clean the back of the car. Spoke to the staff nicely about this but was spoken to very aggressively, had no choice but to go through the machine again and pay twice.
Only reason anyone should go to this place is because of the lockdown. Once everything opens up go to any hand carwash and you’ll be satisfied. Don’t forget to tip your hand carwash because without them we will be stuck with awful places like this one.
I really do hope they can fix up the machine and teach their staff how to politely speak to their customers.

Pre-paid for car wash but on arrival card machine wasn’t working so they couldn't scan code on my phone. Instead insisted that I would need to pay again or leave.
Suggested they let me go through on their cheapest car wash (£1.50) as a gesture of good will but they refused. Made me and the car behind me reverse back.

If your in a hurry pretty good it i always have the £5 wash and guaranteed you have to wipe the soaps residue afterwards ,but staff very friendly and like I said your not there ages most of the time

Sandwiched alongside a scrap car dealer with exposed and unshielded jagged cars alongside the route to the car wash. My experience is that the staff are at best ambivalent as to why they are there. I was treated as if I were a nuisance interrupting the attendant's peaceful afternoon. The carwash itself is old and tired and creaking and broke down as my car was half way through resulting in an unfinished job. I had to drive out over the conveyor apperatus. I tried to inform the guy in charge asking if he could re wash the car properly. He was rude and said he would if I paid again. I declined and complained to the parent company who offered me a free wash I declined as I did not want any reprisal. After a period of time I decided to see if my complaint had been taken on board and if there was an improvement. Not so, just as bad in service and attitude. And,, it broke down again. I took video footage.
I did not bother complaining again as clearly this place does not rely on good service to the the general public as seemingly it's a defacto taxi wash that is open to what I would suggest is an unwitting or brave public.
