These guys have become my regulars. I've been bringing my car here for years. They do a thorough job and and take on any extra info you want doing or not doing to your car. The manager customer service is second to none. And I've never left here upset about the cleanliness of my car. Keep it up!

I think 2 stars was fair for this service. The ppl were nice and helpful. I paid £87 for a three star wash. My car was super dirty and did have a child throw up on my carpet so I needed that cleaned. I thought they had done an OK job but my husband asked me if I actually got my car cleaned as there was a lot of water marks on the bonnet and paint work. I did think it was a lot of money to pay. my car didn't smell any different and not even an air freshener that you get at a drive in car wash for a tenner. It's too expensive so I won't be using again due to this but the guys who work there were polite and respectful.

I was totally ripped off by the car wash here. Half the car wasn't done, the screenwash that I'd paid to be filled wasn't, the bumpers were left patchy, no wax on the roof, interior leather only half done and loads of excess left on which stained clothes, spilled coffee drips still all around the cup holder, rear view mirror wasn't cleaned, windscreen not cleaned inside, the crazy thing is that the car was very clean when it went in so it was very noticeable that they'd only done half a job. Also after the second day all the back to black products that they used on the plastic and the tyres melted down the car in black streaks and drips making it look absolutely disgusting! £65 I paid for a job my teenage son does better than. Clearly these people don't take as much pride in their overpriced work as I do my car. I will not be returning, and neither will any of the other people in my car that day!

It was my first time going to H20 in Derby Intu carpark today. I needed a good clean up of my car due to fizzy pop being spilt all over the interior of my car it was a sticky mess. Zana was very helpful when I arrived and gave me a great deal for interior, exterior and cleaning of my car seats. Zana charged me £64. When I arrived my car was like brand new, not one mark on the entire car and my seats are the cleanest they have ever been. He even folded my belongings up and placed them all in my boot for me. Zana also washed my car mats for free and placed paper ones over the top so they would not get dirty, also putting spare ones in the boot for me. My experience was more than what I expected, Zana was professional, polite and helpful and cleaned my car exceptionally. I payed £70 due to the brilliant work and will be returning again.

Disappointed having paid £70 for a winter clean to my grey e class estate with brown leather. Seals not wiped around the boot area, boot lid edges not wiped or even cleaned with road grime still evident. Centre console had not even been touched with coffee residue still evident. I spotted make up finger on the rear door which I brought to their attention which was promptly cleaned but they bring the car into the dimly lit area for collection and it’s difficult to inspect when you’re piling back into the car as quickly as you drop it off for the convenience of not having to find a place to park.

Paid £65 (the guy told me it’s a special offer) to have my car washed thinking I’ll get what I’m paying for, a better than average job. Seriously DONT use them they don’t clean your car properly. Extremely disappointed and angry. They know people won’t check the car properly because most customers just want to go home after shopping and, getting back into the car park people won’t bother because you will have to spend more money getting in.

We use H20 for our work cars at Cocoon Vehicles and our personal cars and have been for many years.
The service we receive is excellent and the cars are cleaned to an extremely high standard, this includes the lower cost options and the higher packages. The seasonal offer is always a great deal.

Expensive car wash. Staff can be a bit pushy but they do an ok job on your car but as I say its expensive for the job they do on it. There are much cheaper places in Derby that do car valeting equally as well

Paid £32 for a clean inside and out. It wasn't any cleaner than a £10 clean for any other place. The chemicals they used are obviously harsh and not as advertised, as it made my plastic headlights go cloudy! (Which I had to machine polish when I got home to remove the cloudyness). They also caused damaged to the leather on my rear seat, which cannot be undone!

Have been taking my husband's car to h20 derby for a while so when I brought my new car thought I would do the same....have now two deep scatch marks in the windscreen and four in the drivers side window. Also four deep scatches in the bonnet. Didn't see them till I got home. Will not be going back.

H2O at Intu Metrocentre
Had a pretty poor experience in the yellow multistorey carpark at Intu Metrocentre H2O valet. Parked my uninspiring car (Yaris) and went to their kiosk - super slow service dealing with people, I was only third in the queue yet it took 20 minutes to be seen.
I thought the 1star valet was expensive already, but saw that 2star included a paintwork polish which I wanted so opted for that. The chap convinced me to upgrade to their Autum special for another fiver, which included a deep clean of the foot mats. OK. £52. Wow - was expecting a brilliant valet.
Got back two hours later, car ready, gleaming under the strip lights of the car park. Got keys, got in, smells great, footmats were soaking wet. OK, so they've been deep cleaned, but still soaking wet? And they weren't reattached to the positioning hooks, and you don't want them sliding under the pedals when you're driving, so I gave myself a hernia trying to fix that myself.
Set off, exiting the multistorey and struggled to turn the wheel. Whatever they used to clean the steering wheel was like grease, I couldn't grip it! Suitable vice like pressure ensured I had control so I left the car park, and as soon as we were outside I could see they'd completely missed my windscreen. It was dirty, it still had the original streak marks on the inside where I'd last cleaned it, the dirty run marks down the outside where the wiper blades stop. My door windows were spotless, but I don't drive looking through those. It's the windscreen that matters! It looks like the pressure washer had been used to get the worst of any street dirt off, but it hadn't been cleaned at all.
Got home. Got out. Took a proper look at it. The polish was still left on in places, it hadn't been wiped down fully. There were about six areas around the car where the polish was remaining. I had to effectively finish the job myself, wipe the polish off and clean my own windscreen. For fifty two pounds I'm hugely disappointed. I can get a basic car wash for six quid down the road, this valet service is a rip off joke, I'd advise you all avoid!

I had a 1 star valeting service in the Derby operation. This includes a pressure wash. On returning to pick up the car, I found that some paint had been removed from the door trim. The local staff were fine and took photographs of the damage and I was promised a phone call the following day from their manager. No such call was received. I called them and was told that their internal cameras did not show that they had caused the damage so it must have been done beforehand. Effectively, I was being told that I was lying that the damage was caused on their premises. Future customers of this company - be warned.
