For the money, hand car wash places are much better. But for quickness this is a good car wash.
Doesn’t clean everywhere and misses quite a few bits. Stops and starts quite a lot but not sure if this is due to people bot following instructions.

Went for the £13 ultra wash. Normally a regular at IMO sites first time here the car came out as filthy as when it went in. The attendant didn't understand I want to go threw again to get my car clean got all the way to the front and was asked to pay again when he just said I can go back in for free! Absolutely unbelievabley poor customer service.

I asked if they were allowed to do a mini valet again yet, didn't receive a yes or no answer the guy simply charged me £20 to jet wash my car and then put me through one of the cheap wash options.

Whilst I fully understand and appreciate Covid restrictions and no prewash, paid £8 for hot wax and frankly should have paid for basic wash. You could see the solution was empty and my wheels were as filthy as they were before the wash. Total waste of money today....regardless of what customers paid for today, would suggest everyone got a basic wash. It was busy and maybe that was the reason. Will not use again sorry

The plus is that is part of the big ASDA store, you can wash your car (SHINY) and pass by fo a quick grocery shopping!

I asked for the top £13 car wash. They took the money and then told me there was no prewash because of lockdown. I then asked about the tyre dressing and was told that the machine did it? Yet previously they asked me to move to the side after the wash to apply the tyre dressing because the machine didn’t do it. The lights were not working that told me which wash I was getting. The car doesn’t look good and I will not use this wash again. Always asking for cash???

No longer doing a pre wash of wheels etc although still happy to take your money to pay for a pre wash which is in the package through an open car window... if you can't do the job properly don't bother operating again until you can!! Totally ripped off... AVOID Asda Spondon car wash... always used before never will again!! Take a look at the photos after paying for a full clean including pre wash... lazy scrotes any excuse!!

Car wash itself is decent. I bought subscription from IMO selected spondon as a main carwash. Been there 7 times so far 3 times I was unable to have my car washed either it is closed for cleaning or operators is missing. I was at spondon ASDA carwash during opening hours.
When I was able to wash my car Operators they don't say Hi to you and always look grumpy like they hate their job.

Really disappointing with the ULTRA HD Wash...asked for chrome wheels to be given an extra clean off as very dirty, but totally ignored the request and nothing done by the person operating the powerwash. As usual it's take your money, brief spray and push a button. Complete lack of personal service and not even a smile and a thank you when paying. Oh, and it advertises as contactless payment but it's Cash Only.. !!! Waste of £13.00 so a Change of staff needed I think.

5 stars simply for the guy who was working here today by himself (23/11/19) at 3pm on a chilly Saturday. Super friendly, and did an incredibly thorough job spending probably 3x longer on my car before the machine wash section than usual. Far better service than when I've been in the past and there have been 2, even 3 guys (previously I've had poor service from employees who couldn't be bothered to come out of the hut and didn't want to take card payments). This guy though was fantastic. To the owner: please reward your good staff!

Good car wash, car came out like brand new with the use of the Pro Shield Service here, also vacuum available to then get the inside of you car looking as good as the outside. Highly recommended.

Always come here, As it has the anti scratch technology apparently, Paid 8 quid for a hot wax, The guy seemed to be doing something to my car near the front drivers wing, Went through the car wash, Got out to check how clean it was, To see that my indicator lens had been ripped off... by the operator ?? He was messing about near there for some reason, And they where new lenses so dont see why it would come off, But the passengers side was fine!! Confused, I will be cleaning my own car in future I'm not lazy, But when you live in a flat cleaning your car is more of a performance when you have 6 doors and 4 flights of stairs to go down. Lol. If you have a new car, Wash it yourself. :)

Usually my go-to car wash, and the service was always second to none, but it seems to have changed hands lately and the service isn't so good or efficient. I will revisit this review in a month or two, as it may just be that the new guys are getting to grips with it. If things change then I will add a star. The wash the machine gives in general is pretty good.

I have used this car wash for a few years (on and off) and find it is good value for money, quick to go through and efficient. I can't fault how the car looks afterwards and does the job! My gripes: notices it is shut often for maintanence (usually during the out of work hours times) very busy at weekends (but queues go down quickly - MAX5-10MIN wait). My main concern, thus 3 stars, is when I bought a ore paid voucher pack at first no one knew how to put through a voucher and always a member of staff had to go and check with a supervisor. The turn over of staff here is high so this is a recurring problem adding wait times and often I get the impression I'm irritating them / getting in the way of the job when I present a voucher. The company were brilliant in dealing with this when the prices changed and upgrades their service and bumped me up to the next wash for free which was great though.
