Vehicle was broken into - rear window smashed!
Security did not seem to care and they couldn't access CCTV cameras.
First time using this car park, would I park here again...would I recommend parking there...would I recommend walking around in there knowing there are thieves with sharp objects around... No!
I can't imagine if these people attacked me for my personal items.... thankfully, it was from my car!

DO NOT PARK HERE YOUR CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO - it was VERY SUSPICIOUS. No staff knew anything about it and were unable to provide CCTV. SHOCKING CAR PARK DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ITS LOCATION ! It’s all an inside job. Ran by crooks.

Good underground car park location for Oxford Street and Mayfair - central London.
Pre-book in advance for the best price, in addition print your QR code. The scanner can be tempremental. You can't reserve a space or upon entering have a clear indication of which level has a slot free - first come first served.
Slots were almost full during the time of visit, just before mid-day. We would advise - take photos of the car parked within the yellow lines / space. After reading some reviews - its best to have evidence if required later.
No lift - and couldn't find any disable parking bays. 5 floors deep - it's a struggle if moving a few large items.
Overall, parking is fine and worked for our requirements.
As with other reviews - CCTV was only present at the entrance and exit. No security staff were patrolling the car park.

Used to roller skate in here as a kid and play football, it has super smooth ground for a skate.
Couldn’t say much about the actual parking facilities but it’s been renovated a lot over the years.

Poor paid for parking a week in advance. No spaces. As people had parked their pish cars across two bays. Ended up having to pay to have car cleaned do they could then park it when a space became free. Excellent car cleaning service. But everything else very poor. No customer service said we would get a call back. They have never rung back. Still waiting ...

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE! We had our car windows smashed and everything stolen; including family polaroid pictures which can never be replaced. There is no security at this car park and the CTV is useless. In addition, we saw the same had happened to another vehicle which had child car seats in! Not safe at all, please don't waste your money.

PARK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
Have parked here numerous times no problem, came back to the car today and the rear window is smashed and 2 suitcases taken. No staff on hand to assist, call the help center through the payment machine (really need to get a better speaker for the machine!!) No help, gave me a reference number and told to call police, cctv pointless as only covers entry and exit point. Looking at the reviews (after the horse has bolted) car park is obviously targeted so why doesNCP not have better security. It has nothing to do with staff being on furlough, these incidents have been going on way before the pandemic. It would have been cheaper and less of an inconvenience to have parked in the street and got a parking ticket.

The side window was smashed, even though there was nothing valuable in the car. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen the other reviews of cars broken into before I parked there. There was not a single staff person to talk to.

Great parking lot with ample spaces. It does get full during the day time but the gate does inform you if the parking lot is full or not. The gates have problems every month or so but the staff are quick to resolve any issues they may have. There have been incidents of theft so be wary not to leave any valuable items in your vehicle especially if you're leaving your vehicle over night.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!
I left my car here for 5 hours, On return it had been broken into! Now considering every car in the car park is either a Bentley or Rolls Royce, Literally millions of pounds worth of cars! You would think they would have higher security? No they don’t! They only have cameras on entry and exit!
I’m so annoyed! Why didn’t no one check as my car alarm was going off!! That’s because they have no staff there.
We are 99% we know who did it! We noticed we was being watched by one of the car valeter/drivers that worked in the Aston Martin compound on the lower level, but NO cameras no proof! To top it off my insurance will not cover the window and I had to pay £55 for the parking which I’m having to fight to get a refund!

Ncp need to improve security at this car park, basic stuff like full CCTV coverage which, given the clientele and value of the vehicles using the car park, one would have thought went without saying! Very poor, the place is a playground for ne'er do wells of an evening....

Very safe, very clean car park! We have always found the staff friendly and helpful. You can pre-book a space at weekends which is very useful. Please don’t share - let’s keep this nugget a secret!

Couldn't access the charging point because they were having work done and parked some 4x4s their none electric. Not enough information about the point on website drove all the way from Birmingham planning to park their, would of been £22 for parking, luckily we left instantly, and looked else where, found a slow charger 4 hours, with free parking while you charge, 10 mins walk from where we wanted to be. No congestion charges so the whole journey was under £15 there and back.

CAR VANDALIZED/WINDOW smashed, NO STAFF. So there for aftenoon/eve- returned at 2230. Security office had music and lights - NO staff. Called NCP - apparently they don’t keep attendant there - they wander between NCP carparks. I’m sure on a pattern known to / told to thieves. They wouldn’t help at all on phone, said I needed to call police. No responsibility, no help. Nothing. No signs to warn of unattended CarPark. Also - I took a photo through the window as they had Dozens of crime reports filled out - several from same day! Clearly NO CUSTOMER SAFETY OR PROPERTY VALUED! They have pretend gates they don’t shut!

Good location and very cheap for central London on the weekend BUT a car had been broken into (passenger window completely smashed), two suspicious characters hanging around and no-one in the security office. There are two toilets which ordinarily would be a bonus but they are filthy and in serious disrepair. Would not use this car park again

BEWARE! I had my car broken into on Saturday evening. The car parked next to mine was also broken into. It looks like this car park is frequently targeted. Do not be deceived by the CCTV cameras, they are useless! I wished I had seen some of the reviews before parking. I definitely would not have parked there! NCP need to deal with this issue asap and make the car park more secure!

Do not park here! My car was broken into. Smashed back window. Looks like I'm not the only one based on other reviews. While they have cameras everywhere, it's pointless without a guard. This is an unmanned car park.

This is amazing car park, great location - 10-15min walking distance to Piccadily or to Hyde Park. It's covered, clean and offers discounts when you book online in advance. There is a toilet /not the greatest condition, but good people working there will let you use it if you need it./ I'would highly recommend it.
