I have very curly hair and have had some awful salon experiences in the past, so I'm delighted that I came to Ena! All the staff were so friendly, and Monica did a fantastic job of cutting my hair. She was so enthusiastic about cutting curly hair, which is rare to find. The salon is also spotless and taking all the correct measures for social distancing/hygiene. Would recommend to anyone.

Ena was 5 stars for professionalism from the booking process right to the payment after my hair colour was done. I was very impressed with their communication and how welcoming and accommodating they were. Daisy coloured my dark hair to blonder than I ever thought it could go, as per my wishes. Price for the colour service was excellent and definitely worth it. You also get a full sized free shampoo and conditioner if you are referred! I will definitely be back. Thanks Daisy and Ena!!

I visited the Ena Salon for the first time time about a week ago. The salon is very clean, the staff very welcoming and professional and the space is just absolutely beautiful! I had a haircut appointment with Monica who was great. She took the time to carefully listen and understand what I wanted, she gave recommendations and then together we discussed and agreed upon the cut. In the end she dried my hair in its natural form, i.e. very curly, and it looked great. As a first time customer I also received a gift pack which was extremely generous! I will definitely be coming back to the salon and Monica!!!

I had my hair cut at Ena in December and it was the first time that a hairdresser considered my hair type (somewhat curly/wavy - 2c ish) and lifestyle when making a cut. Helena was careful to check how much my curls would lift with the haircut, as well as how I would prefer to wear my hair for the work I do and the sports I practice. The actual cut was carefully done and she shared lots of information about hair care and styling which I've used over the last few months since my haircut. As my first 'curly' cut, I was astounded at the difference it made having someone who paid more attention to how the cut would sit with my hair type cut my hair. More generally, everyone at Ena was extremely friendly and professional, and the experience felt quite luxurious.

Last Friday I went to Ena Salon for a soft balayage, and as I had never coloured my hair before, I was quite nervous. Andrea was really nice and made me instantly feel comfortable, he reassured me by explaining step by step what he was going to do. Andrea is really talented and was such a good company so would really recommend. I also had the chance to meet other staff and they are all so friendly and welcoming. I really liked the final result and will definitely come back for more services!

I visited for the first time this week and the lovely Helena cut my hair. I have struggled to manage my curly, thick hair and getting my hair cut in a style that will suit me, but Helena did a thorough consultation before starting to find out what I wanted and advised me what would be best. She also gave me lots of good tips to manage at home. Everyone else in the salon was really friendly and welcoming too. I highly recommend!

I had such a lovely first trip to Ena last week. I was recommended the salon by a friend and it was just as great as they had described! I saw Daisy for a full balayage, she was so friendly and really took the time to find a colour that was tailored to me. I also had Iveta cut my hair and I felt she understood what I wanted straightaway and gave me a cut that will look great even as it grows out. All the products used are great quality and smell amazing! The salon is styled to feel fresh and green within the city! Can't recommend enough : )x

I saw Monica at Ena and she is amazing. I wasn't sure what I wanted with my hair and she provided a great assessment and advice for my hair type, and explained what might help it get healthy. I had two haircuts back in 2020 as a birthday treat and only remembered now when I saw a bank statement. Paid over £90 for the first one with Anna and £65 for the second, with Monica.I can safely say based on the haircuts they gave me that they know nothing about how to choose the best haircut for the type of hair and shape of the face, or about how to actually cut the hair so it doesn't look like a messy, unkempt mop as soon as it's washed. I can't express how disappointed I was when I washed it the following day and saw the result. I really wished I hadn't done anything to it especially not before my birthday weekend.

(I am not really a reviewing writing person but)I would give it 10 stars if I could because of the kindness of Aki, one of their hairstylists. I don't quite like salon-looking/too defined hair styles, he absolutely overdelivered it. It looked very natural, subtly stylish and super easy to handle. That was my first experience with him. After the lockdown, I had difficulty booking him at Ena salon. on a spur of the moment decision, I went to a difficult salon. I'm quite disappointed at how it turned out. When I called back to book him for a remedy haircut, he very kindly fixed it for me. I will definitely come back to the Ena again (despite the long travel) because of Aki. It's not easy to find someone with good professional skills, really listens to what you want and also kind in London. His kindness made my day then :))

I have been getting my hair highlighted by Dammy and she is amazing. She always does an in-depth consultation to make sure I get the exact colour I'm going for and it comes out great every time. It also grows out really naturally, and choppy roots is a problem I often have with highlights. Can't recommend her highly enough.

I LOVED my experience at Ena Salon! It was my first time there and it didn't disappoint at all. I had my hair washed (and my scalp massages!) by Sabita and my hair cut and styled by Monica. I had heard of Monica for being great at curly hair (which is my hair) and I wanted some professional eyes on the short curly hair bob I wanted. Monica made sure the cut was done so my hair wouldn't puff up once dry and walked me through the whole Davines routine which was super useful. She was incredibly informative to all of my questions and gave me a lovely experience. I've had compliments from all my friends when they saw me!

Absolutely loved Helena and Ena Salon. The salon is spotless with appropriate social distancing measures and the staff is very friendly. Helena is an amazing person and excellent professional. I'm glad I met her. She listens to you, give you tips and makes it all look very simple. I've had previous disappointing visits at salons since my hair is very curly but this time I got back home with my hair exactly how I wanted. Mane is in shape thanks to Helena! Will definitely return and recommend. :D

Monica, my hair stylist, is very professional. She combines excellent qualities as a hair stylist and as a friendly and charming person. Monica listened to my requests, as well as offering great professional advice in order to achieve a great hairstyle that suits me brilliantly.
I have curly hair and I’m very keen to make the most of it, and have struggled in the past to find a hair stylist who can cut and look after my hair correctly, until I came to Ena Salon.
Monica also introduced me to the environmentally friendly products that Ena salon uses and I can manage to look after my hair very well at home.

I can't speak highly enough of the salon itself and Monica as my hairdresser.
I'm normally frugal when it comes to haircuts, but when I wanted to cut in a fringe, I thought it would be a good idea to take advantage of an offer on at a highly rated salon. Monica was my hairdresser and gave me a really great consultation, pulling in other people for second opinions, and really took her time with the cut and checked in along the way about the length, especially the fringe as I was going short and was nervous! She did such a fantastic job that I have been back multiple times for Monica to cut my hair and paid full price. She takes just as much care over my hair now as she did for my first appointment. I've moved out of London but still plan to go back to get my hair cut here on visits down when it reopens - hopefully soon!

Wow. Just fantastic. Having had my hair butchered at another hairdressers last Saturday, I was understandably very nervous. Monica listened, was empathetic and gave me the haircut I actually wanted, which suits my hair and the way I manage it!

Monic has taught me new ways of styling my hair, she always has great recommendations and doesn’t try to sell you products that you don’t need. cannot recommend Ena highly enough. The reception team were so warm and welcoming and the salon is gorgeous. Most importantly Monica was hands down the best hairdresser I have ever had, she was so lovely, balancing listening to me with her own expertise and advice. To be honest, I did not have the best first impression. I am an American who's recently moved over the UK - after having found a hairdresser I had really loved and knew how to color my hair back home, I was really worried about how to find the right person in London. I Googled to find salons/hairdressers experienced with coloring Asian hair specifically and then I submitted email inquiries to a bunch of them with detailed instructions from my old hairdresser about what she had done with my hair. In our message to the salon, she and I both warned multiple times that I have super thick hair, and a LOT of it. I included photos of what my hair looked like post-coloring but emphasized I was not necessarily looking for someone to follow those exact instructions, just to hopefully achieve a similar result as what I had been used to. The response from Ena was warm and welcoming, the quote seemed reasonable, and there were SO many five-star reviews online, I decided to go with them.
I booked in my session but then was a bit peeved I also needed to come in for a consultation and allergy check. Thank goodness Ena requires it though - it was very necessary. The consultation itself was not the best experience. I waited and then was there for much longer than I was led to believe it would take and didn't feel the service I received overall was the friendliest. I was also really annoyed that my stylist, Dammy, had not been given the original email where I spent the time detailing what I required, and that I had only been booked in for a 2-hour session when I had explained super clearly that they should not underestimate how much hair I have. There was a lot of talk over how I would need to come in for multiple sessions, something I was really not expecting and not wanting to do. This was all the more stressful because I was trying to color my hair in advance of my wedding, so suddenly feeling like my requests had been ignored, like I might not achieve the look I was going for (and thus might not look like myself for my wedding), that I needed to squeeze in an extra hair appointment and pay a bunch of extra money - all was quite upsetting. I had first reached out to the salon 6 weeks prior, so it just left a sour taste in a mouth - my genuine impression of Ena was that it was stuffy and not to my taste.
Dammy did take a strand of my hair though and conduct a color test on it, and I was really impressed that she did that and kept in constant communication with me. She did end up having to change my quote to almost double what I had been originally cited via email, and almost twice as much what I used to pay in America, so all in all, I was having a very mixed experience with Ena!
Cut to Dammy being so kind and lovely as to come in on a day off to spend 6 hours with me in the salon chair patiently coloring my hair! Yes, it was almost 2x what I was used to paying, but Dammy's work and the results more than made up for all of the hesitation and anxiety I had felt up until the day of service. My hair was colored excellently and was exactly what I wanted. Seriously happy with the experienced professionals at this salon.

Dammy took care of my hair, she’s been so nice to me as I was super scared because it’s been my first time that I change colour; I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she respected perfectly.

I had my haircut by Jonathan. As someone with curly hair I always find it hard to get a good cut. My hair looks amazing its the best cut I have ever had. Also gave me tips on how to style and diffuse to get the same look at home. Also the salon is lovely. Best salon in London!!

Received another amazing blonde balayage from colourist Dammy last week. My hair is naturally black (Chinese) and Dammy always takes the time to listen and chat about what is possible with my hair at each stage. She's knowledgable, professional and takes pride in her work which always shows in the results. Thank you Dammy!

I got a great haircut and amazing hairstyling experience with Ana. I asked for someone who works with wavy or curly hair since my hair is wavy. We talked about what I liked/disliked, figured out my hair texture, the products to use for wavy hair...etc, and she showed me how to style my hair wavy because I only know how to style it straight. I felt like I could really take my time asking questions and discussing what I was looking for. Very happy! Also, I felt safe there during covid as there was adequate spacing and everyone was wearing masks.

First time I went to Ena Salon today and I am really impressed! All the staff members were really nice; always asking how I felt/if I was comfortable/wanted a drink etc. The salon is very spacious so you don’t feel you are too close to other clients. And most importantly Dammy - my hairdresser - was amazing! She took the time to understand what I really wanted and explained what she was doing throughout the entire process. She also gave me advice on how to style my hair and made me like my natural curls again - which I have always hated! They also gave me a cute little welcome pack; nice touch I thought.

I first heard about this salon through a Timeout offer but I have kept coming back!
I always have Monica and I have type 3B/C hair and I have always struggled finding a hairdresser that I felt comfortable with as a lot of salons don’t have people trained in curly/mixed race hair. But Monica has given great advice on how I should take care of it and what would be the best cuts to show off the curls.
I always walk out loving my hair and always get compliments from my friends and family. The products they used are amazing. I also love the eco friendly attitude they have.

I can honestly say I had the best experience here at Ena salon compared to other salons I’ve been to. Had my hair trimmed and got a new fringe cut with Monica who was so attentive the whole time and made sure I was feeling comfortable with every decision she made with my hair transformation. She explained to me how to manage my curly hair and talked through each of the products she used on my hair, explaining what their purpose is and how to use them. I was so nervous getting my new cut but Monica did a brilliant job and really knew how to style it well. Everybody at the salon was so welcoming and friendly and I highly recommend coming here for a haircut!

I booked a voucher with timeout to go to Ena which meant a pretty big discount on a full head of highlights and a blow dry. Sometimes with discounted vouchers you get a discounted or less than full value service but Ena offered the best hair dressing experience I've ever had!
Daisy, the lovely lovely hairdresser was super attentive, considerate, friendly I was completely in love with my hair and the full experience. All of the staff were incredible and the salon itself is beautiful.
It's expensive full price, but considering I only go to the hairdressers twice a year I will definitely be going back again!

Elena was my stylist, this was my first service with Ena salon. I had an extensive pre consultation before my cut and blow-dry, we agreed my aspirations. I had a light cut to restyle/shape and a blow-dry. Elena gave me an amazing service, the wavy blow dry was fantastic. Elena made blow-drying hair look easy and effortless. We had a great conversation, covering many subjects. Elena made me feel relaxed, the service provided was professional and of good quality. I definitely recommend Ena salon and Elena as a stylist. I had my hair coloured for the first time by wonderful daisy and Georgina! They were amazing, friendly and super enthusiastic about my hair. The colour came out beautiful and then I was recommended to get it cut, as it was uneven in length. I was referred to Helena Da Silva who refined and cut my hair. She cut it so beautifully that it had framed my face, I felt like a new woman ! She spent her time on my hair, blow dried it, gave me excellent tips on how to blow dry and give movement. I've been going to Ena Salon for a few years now, and have been impressed with every visit. I have had some bad experiences at other hair salons in the past, which used to make me feel really nervous about getting my haircut, but now I have found a brilliant one!
All the staff are really friendly and helpful, and the salon has been well organised to make it Covid-safe.
Monica has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and I always leave the salon feeling happy, more confident, and very pampered. Monica takes the time to discuss the products and techniques I can use to work best with my hair type (which I find quite difficult to manage), and she does all this with care and attention. She always cuts and styles my hair with perfection. Thank you for making it such an enjoyable experience!

Lovely and professional staff, welcoming receptionist, super clean and fresh salon with incredible natural hair quality products.
I went from almost black colour to a lovely light latte with David and I am over the moon! My hair is quite curly, hence it needed extra care, patience and good quality products. The whole experience definitely exceeded all my expectations x 100
Especially David, he wasn’t rushing, kept checking my hair regularly to avoid any damage. I’m super happy!
And I have to say everything I mean literally everything they use at Ena smell absolutely delicious:)

Booked with Monica at Ena Salon after trying for ages to find a good place for curly (mixed race) hair! Genuinely the best haircut I’ve ever had and wont be going anywhere else now - Monica was super friendly, listened, gave great advice on products/treatments/care without being pushy at all, and clearly knew how to treat and cut curly hair properly for the texture, which is so rare to find.
The salon is really nice (and properly cleaned/sanitised) and all the staff were super friendly and helpful as well - can’t recommend enough!

I’ve been to ENA Salon many times over the past few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I visited the salon over lockdown and it was clean, calm and very socially distanced and conscious. I was worried my enjoyment of having my hair done would be scuppered by the new measures but the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and they’ve reduced the amount of people in the salon itself, spacing out the stations so it feels very safe. I always get my hair done by Monica, she is so diligent and a perfectionist, I’ve not yet had a haircut I haven’t loved, and she is so friendly! Cannot recommend her and this salon enough - keep up the good work!

I booked with Ena Salon after searching for an eco conscious salon and seeing how their personality really seems to come through in their customer reviews and social media content. As I was planning to go from very long to short hair, as well as redo some colour, they advised for a consultation with Serena. I felt comfortable and at ease with her professionalism and easy manner. Even with a mask on, I could sense her genuine care and passion! I am thrilled with the cut and overall experience, three days later I love looking at it and it has survived my below par washing anf blow dry skills. As someone who was usually very cautious and skeptical about getting my hair cut in a salon, the whole experience has converted me so that Ena Salon and Serena will be my first choice for the forseeable future. I am going back soon for the colour treatment and am very much looking forward to it! Thank you so much!
