The haircut I had prior to my visit to Ena left me pretty disappointed so I had been reluctant to trust anywhere again. After hearing good reviews from a couple of friends I decided to book an appointment and I'm so glad I did. Iveta was brilliant. I really felt that she listened to what I wanted and was understanding about what I felt went wrong the last time. My hair is a bit shorter than I wanted but it looks so much healthier and the cut works much better with my curls. Would definitely recommend a visit when the salon is open again!

Enjoyed my first trip to Ena Salon. Helena was fantastic, showed me various style options and took the time to tell me how to look after my hair. The salon was taking efficient Covid-19 precautions, but it still felt like a relaxing pamper experience - especially the massage during the hair wash! At the end, they even gave a goody bag for the first visit which included a free shampoo/conditioner and other rewards. I was very impressed by this salon and I will definitely be back.

I moved to London recently and Ena Salon was recommended to me by my hairdresser from home. I’m so pleased I followed her advice - the team at Ena couldn’t have been more welcoming and professional. My hair has reacted badly with the switch to London water and Lindsey gave me an excellent cut and took the time to advise me on the best products and techniques to manage my hair. Five stars!

Ena Salon is excellent! It had been recommended by another hairstylist I had been to abroad, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked in it was all pretty perfect. Harriet knew exactly what I wanted - both the haircut and the colour turned out as I’d hoped even I have awkward ultra fine hair that doesn’t take colour easily. She also gave me tips on how to look after my hair... cannot fault it and I’m so looking forward to going back in 6 weeks time!!!

I visited the salon on 7/9/20 with my daughter. I am so happy to have found this salon as the staff are lovely and incredibly skilled at what they do. I am mixed race with curly hair and have always had my hair blow dried out in other salons. But for the first time, I came out with it curly and I'm very happy with it! I will definitely book future appointments.

Can't rave about this place enough - had my first cut here with Monica last week after buying a TimeOut voucher and she was absolutely brilliant. Monica had a full on chat with me before she even took the scissors to my hair, to ask about my routine and typical behaviour of my hair to personalise my experience. She cut my hair brilliantly, showed me how to style it that works as part of my routine, and sent me away with some testers that I've used three times now and I can't explain how much they have already improved the quality of my hair. She understood my hair really well and put me completely at ease, I've just booked my second appointment with her and am fully sold on the products she recommended to me. Can't wait to go back!

I have to say this was just a absolutely lovely experience. As a new Londoner, I was searching for a quality salon in the west area - and I was happy to discover Ena Salon. They arranged kindly and fitted me in the same day with Monica Liz.
She walked me through every single part of the appointment, from tips and tricks to friendly including conversations. Professionality at the highest, understanding my needs as a customer and reflected strong competence in every way. From an earlier failed cut at another hairsalon - Monica transformed my hair and repaired every part with the sleekest clean cut.
All in general a caring and welcoming salon, a pleasure to visit! Recommended to the highest - GO THERE and be pleased ????

What a fantastic salon, Daisy and Monica were amazing, so thorough with everything they did, from explaining what products they were using, how they were going to cut/colour my hair and advising what would be best for me. I was due to go in March using a timeout offer but unfortunately it got cancelled due to COVID, finally got in after a long wait, all measurements in place for social distancing and COVID safe. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Woody did the Buzz. Very good haircut! One of the best I’ve had. Only water is being served at the moment, however.
My only downside and the reason I haven’t given five stars is the service has been reduced, however not the price.

Had never been to Ena Salon before and had kind of a dramatic restyle by Monica! I've hit unruly curly hair and it was literally the BEST hair cut/style experience I've ever had, she couldn't have done a better job. 100000% recommended to anyone with curly hair!

Had such an AMAZING experience here yesterday with all the staff members I met, with a special shout-out to Daisy and Monica. Warm, friendly people and environment. Very open to answering questions and addressing how to best style your hair. I used a time-out coupon to come here and whilst I am usually a cheapskate when it comes to haircuts, I would gladly pay full price to come here again. Plus I love the little goodie bag at the end! Stuffed full of mini samples of the most amazing smelling shampoo and conditione minis, coupons and a candle to boot! Loved my balayage and haircut. Can’t recommend enough. Also a very stylish space.

I have been to Woody twice now and was so impressed both times. He listens to what you want, asks good questions and understands curls. I have mixed hair and have struggled to find a hairdresser that could handle my hair. I highly recomend Woody if you have curly or mixed hair. You get what you pay for and both appointments were worth it.

I went to Ena Salon for the first time yesterday and I can highly recommend it! Aki gave me a haircut and I am super happy with it. Additionally, the atmosphere was very nice and relaxed and covid guidelines were followed responsibly. I definitely felt safe and taken care of.

After always going to salons where stylists didn't know how to manage curly hair, I found Helena at Ena Salon. Her knowledge about curly hair is priceless and she's given me a new confidence in my naturally curly hair...
Regarding COVID-19, the salon was so clean and I was made to feel safe from start to finish with social distancing being applied throughout. The team are doing a fantastic job giving clients the usual salon experience in the safest way possible.
They know who to treat a client, at the end, they gave a goody bag for the first visit which contained Davines products!!

For a while I had been cutting my hair at Ena Salon. My regular hairdresser, the one and only Ursulla, is in maternity leave, but my hair couldn't wait any anymore, I got an afro hair, so I called an arrange an appointment.
This time my hairdresser was Monica and guys... what a great job! showing a bast knowledge, in texture, different ways to cut my hair, super frendly and a great profesional overall.
It looks like in the future I might be shiftting hairdresser!

Great Salon! Highly recommend. Went in for a full colour treatment with a curly cut with Ana and she did a great job! She's also lovely to chat with :) The only recommendation that I would make is for the salon assistants (who were also super nice) to use wide tooth combs on wet curly hair rather than brushes and that their rubber gloves do grab in a bit of an unpleasant way during the washing. However, I also understand wanting to keep gloves on for protection of hands. At the end, my hair looked great!

I recently visited for an appointment with Daisy. She did an amazing job on my hair which was in need of some TLC (6 months of grown-out highlights thanks to lockdown). I was in good hands! She talked me through my options, was really attentive and I got exactly what I wanted! I'm so pleased witht the result, I would highly recommend her!

Been to Ena Salon a couple of times and I am already waiting for my next London trip! Gianna is my super talented stylist, a professional who pays attention to e-v-e-r-y little detail and always makes you feel like home with her contagious smile. Cozy atmosphere and homemade baked goods complete the picture at Ena. Staff is always kind enough to provide product samples to take home, which are top quality I must admit. I've been going to Ena for a couple of years now and I have always had the most lovely experience there. Although in the pricier bracket for salons, the level of service stands them apart and the salon is always immaculately clean and the staff are well trained and highly professional.
Since COVID I was a bit nervous about returning but they have clearly put in very tight measures to protect all customers. Regular cleaning took place even while I was there, and they all wear quality PPE kit (facemask and visors) so I felt as safe as I could have during my appointment.

I have been hair modelling for three years and this is the only hair salon I've always been 100% satisfied. They are very detailed, professional, they have very good quality products and they are masters of funky colours. The last time I went, George did my hair cut and I can't wait to have my colour done by Magdalena! The decor is also part of the experience with the hand painted ceilings and all the plants around you. I love you Ena Salon :)

Had my first experience at Ena with Dammy and Helena! It was absolutely fantastic! Dammy nailed the colour of my hair and did everything I asked for! Definitely will be a regular from now on! Helena did a perfect haircut, went through all the process with me, with tips and easy ways to style my hair at home. The space is clean and Covid safe as well as everyone being very aware of measurements. Enjoyed every minute of it!

Ena Salon has always been great, especially Aki my favourite hairdresser! The situation at the moment hasn’t changed the lovely attitude of all the staff, but at the same time this is really well set up to cope with Covid. Chairs are really well spaced, sanitising is constant, face masks available and your temperature is checked on arrival. They couldn’t be doing more to keep you safe. Your hair will look great too!

I visited the salon on Sunday 2nd August. I had a fantastic experience there. The salon was beautiful and all the staff I came across where professional and courteous, form the warm and welcoming greeting till the expert haircut that I received from Johnathan. If you want expert hair care in an exquisite salon then look no further. The Davines range which they stock is also worth mentioning. 10/10 in all departments. Look forward to my next visit.
