I highly recommend to anyone that wants a change. Daisy was my hair stylist, four hours of hair coloring and she was still as energized at the end. She’s lovely and amazing at hair coloring, gave me exactly what I wanted and I’m so happy about it. This is by far one of the best salons I’ve been to, the attention, the environment and the staff are all extremely helpful and nice.

Visited Ena today for a first time cut and style consultation with Ursula. From the welcoming hello to the thoughtful goodbye and sample treats, i had such a lovely experience. Ursula took on board my hair concerns and gave her own professional thoughts on what would be suit my hair type and produced a great cut and finish making my hair that was flat and lifeless into one that is now looking healthy and manageable. The hair wash was also one of the nicest i've had and the mini head massage to was a bonus. Thank you to everyone for the service.

This is the salon where you will walk out feeling totally amazing. Daisy and the whole team made me feel so at home from the second I stepped through the door. The atmosphere is buzzing - yet it also feels like you have been welcomed into a big happy family. Daisy set to work transforming my dark hair into a blonde masterpiece. She explained every step and had so many good ideas, but was honest about what we could achieve. Her expertise was clearly evident at every stage and I am still on cloud nine - I have the hair of my dreams! Add in some great conversations, a lovely glass of wine and a delicious square of shortbread, I can honestly say it was as good as fantastic day out. Thank you Daisy, thank you Ena Salon.

I had my first haircut since lockdown yesterday with Helena. It was a wonderful experience and I felt safe and so happy with the haircut and service. I have been having my haircut at Ena for several years now and I really love everything about this salon. The people are always so nice and friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and fun at the same time. The building is beautiful and the company practices sustainability and are environmentally aware. The products used in the salon smell amazing. Ena have done everything possible to make having a haircut or treatment Covid safe, from not overcrowding the salon, staff wear PPE and everything is so clean.
As a customer I can not recommend Ena highly enough. Just great .

I’m so thankful that I was in the hands of Amy Cohen, a wonderful hairdresser, who listened to what I was looking for and made magic to make everything come true in an even better version of what I wanted! I love my new hair. And the salon is simply stunning. It’s clean, the staff is so polite and friendly, the variety of procedure they offer is amazing and every their service is great. I highly recommend this salon and Amy to anybody!

The best salon I have been to in my life. From the moment you walk in the doors you are provided with a 5-star service. Everyone who works at the salon is so lovely and friendly - overall there is a great atmosphere.
Got my curly hair cut by Ana who was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and skilled. She gave me one of the best cuts I have ever had - I absolutely love my hair! This is the first time I have come back from a salon and haven't immediately washed and restyled my hair at home. Ana really knows what she is doing.
I've been to many different salons over the past 3 years in London and haven't been impressed by any of them. Thankfully I have now found the salon and hair stylist (Ana) that I will definitely come back to again and again.
Thank you to Ana and everyone at Ena! Such a wonderful experience. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I'd never gotten my hair done at a salon previously, so one can imagine how scary the experience can feel at first...
I had a relatively big colour change and a haircut and Ash was so very considerate and patient with my doubts and questions. In fact, the whole Ena team helps each other out so I also had a chance to meet some pretty gorgeous faces that also work there. 10/10, everyone is v friendly and approachable.
But mostly especially Ash... everyone should want a Virgo hairdresser. She was very thorough and took her time explaining the whole process with me. She's an incredibly devoted professional as well as a bit of a perfectionist - which is what we should all want in the person doing your hair!
Couldn't recommend Ena Salon more, I promise you will not be disappointed & it's worth the investment.

I’ve been at Ena salon in three different occasions and for me it is the most pleasant experience. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. And of course my hair loves every moment it spends there, I have curly hair, and it really looks amazing after being there. Kain and Rosie are incredibly talented and professional. What I like more about them is how easy it was to feel comfortable with them, and how quickly I got to trust them. This is really a 5-stars place!

Finally back at Ena Salon after 5 months of dreadful hair and I couldn’t be happier!
Pedro and the team have really gone out of their way to ensure clients feel safe.
The wonderful Ola checked my temperature on arrival and invited me to sanitise my hands with one of the many hand sanitisers available throughout the salon.
Instead of the cloakroom, there’s a rack of transparent bags - if you have any belongings (jacket, bag etc) you take one and stick everything in there. The bag gets disposed of at the end of your appointment.
All staff wears visors and clients have to wear a mask prior to entering the salon.
There are only two stylists per floor so social distancing is definitely not a problem!
Everything (chair, styling tools etc) gets disinfected after each client and fabric gowns have been replaced by disposable ones.
I genuinely didn’t know what to expect from a hair appointment in times of COVID but I’m pleased to say that any concerns or hesitation I had prior to my appointment vanished as soon as I walked through Ena’s door!

My experience from my visit to Ena Salon was fantastic and unforgettable! I owe this to Gianna! She is an excellent professional who with incredible ideas and tips for your hair! I had a great time with her, she was fantastic and full of energy! You completely trust her once she touches your hair! She has great talent in both haircut and coloring, but also in hairstyle! I feel graet with my hair, they look gorgeous! Gianna was explaining to me the method that she used, describing the products that she was using on my hair and was there to give me tips on how to care my hair at home! I have my hair coloured by Evie and cut by Serena, after being recommended by a friend who has been going to them for years. Every time they do an amazing job, and are both so lovely and welcoming - as are all of the staff!
Last time I went they even stayed after closing time to get my hair exactly how I wanted it. I cannot recommend them both highly enough, I can always trust Evie and Serena to do a great job, and I always look forward to going back to Ena!

This salon is slightly more expensive than your regular high street salon, but they provide a very good service and have prepared the salon well for social distancing. They also sanitise the area after use and clean their workspaces for assurance.

Initially a very lovely place, fantastic customer service, attention to detail second to none, however the standard of cutting and colour is rather dismal. I put up with it for a while, I did flag this after the first 'cut' - I asked for the highest level as I consider my hair 'tricky' being surprisingly thick but having had a 'consultation' was handed to a level 3, who was lovely but cutting skills average. I put up with it as the customer service as I've said is so great - last straw though was having a cut by level 6 - top level and was worse than the 3 and he moaned the whole time about wanting to do something else so I took myself back to my precision cutter of years back who was very polite but said that the cut was upside down, I'm no stylist but I do know that my hair now sits better and looks better - likewise colour - and this is a top stylist and is actually a lot cheaper and still west end, reason I left was that I wanted a change. The prices at Ena creep up with all the 'extras' that are put on and frankly not needed. I also recommended a friend for colour and her hair actually broke after the 2nd visit so she wasn't terribly happy with me. There is more to hair than lovely coffee and cake it would seem.

Everything about this salon was perfect - the building, the ambience, and all the staff. Ena is is a lovely salon. Aesthetics are great, it is in a Georgian style townhouse with a botanical theme. Staff are very attentive. I have afro textured hair and had a colour and treatment service. Dammy did my hair assisted by Max. Great care was taken during the process and I was regularly asked if I was pleased with the process. The products used are amazing and 3 days later my hair still smells great. I will be returning!

Giuliano was amazing! His technique and skill is incredible and I was so happy with how my balyage looked. He is also incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable as the day I went to the salon I was not feeling very well! The salon itself is gorgeous! What an amazing experience! Firstly I want to put out there I have curly afro hair and the way my hair felt after getting my hair done at Ena Salon was truly amazing. The staff were welcoming and Billy who washed my hair 10/10! It was the best hair wash I've ever had! Woody who cut my hair explained everything to me, from how short he was going to cut my hair, how to style and diffuse my hair which was super helpful. I got some samples of the shampoo and conditioner and information about hair drying my hair. It was honestly the best experience I've had with a salon and I would 1000000% recommend and go back. Also I went with my sister (day trip around London) and she was treated so well with lovely teas and coffees. Even though she wasn't getting her hair done the service towards her was lovely. I honestly would recommend Ena Salon to anyone and everyone. Thank you ☺️

She understood exactly what i wanted! She is really good and very professional! All the employees were very kind, friendly and helpful!
