They are friendly and quickly learn exactly what you like as an individual. They are very affordable and honest.

The best nail place in Tunbridge Wells I have ever been to!! Mido was so lovely and really attentive. My nails look absolutely amazing and I will be going here for the foreseeable! There is a great environment and has the most friendly staff.

It’s my favourite place to go for years now, I always go for a shellac or acrylic which nicely and properly done. When I got a pedicure done I can relax on the massage chair. I will always recommend this place to my friend

The best nail salon in Royal Tunbridge Wells!!!!Lovely friendly and professional staff. A very relaxing environment which allows you to sit back and enjoy being pampered. They have a plenty colours to choose. A selection of drinks offered free of charge. Definitely a five star experience!!!!!!

Had my nails done here today, take off and gel polish. Really pleased with my nails. Much nicer atmosphere unlike some nail bars I have visited, staff seemed kind and happy. Polite and friendly, no feeling of being rushed, careful work, well worth the money for the result and relaxing experience. Thanks

I can’t even give this a one star. The man in the shop was very rude, my daughter used her birthday money and the nails lasted 4 days!! They have a no refund policy, Not only had She wasted 2 hours as he kept answering the telephone phone but I wasted my money.
The nails are shocking and complete waste of money.

Have been going here since I moved to the UK 5 years ago. Never an acknowledgement that I am a regular customer. Today I did not have enough cash (yes it’s a cash only business HMRC) and was asked to leave something behind while I went to the cash point round the corner. Well done American Nail. I shall not be back

The quality is good enough, but it's a shame the staff are just so rude. The customer here is never right, and if you ask for corrections or reapplying nail polish etc. (v. reasonable requests!) they will do all they can not to accommodate. Definitely need to improve their customer service skills!

I am so glad I have finally found such a clean and wonderful nail salon. Very professional staff and also the manicure. After more than one week, my manicure looks like new. Even if the nail salon is located more than 14 miles from home, It definitely worths!!

Awful experience.. when my nail was wonky I got told ‘that’s how your finger goes’ I made the lady take it of as quite honestly that’s not ‘how my finger goes’ avoid at all costs my nails look awful and feel awful

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - Worse experience ever - I was bullied by a horrible man. He was SO rude and aggressive when I kindly asked him to re apply the nail polish for one of my nails. His reply was bang out of order, I can’t even write what he said to me. I’m speechless. He did not even apologise for the word he used when I left the place. Unbelievable

Yesterday for the first time I felt unwelcome and a burden to the American Nail staff! I’ve been going there for the past few months and I always get the same work done to my nails. To be honest I thought I was getting scammed by the girl taking care of my nails. after voicing my opinion on the issue I was having, we didn’t got to an agreement and I had to walk out. I was an uncomfortable situation and I won’t be coming back.

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE! felt violated and bullied by a horrible man! He was rude and aggressive when doing my nails, Not only was the customer service awful! I asked specifically not to have acrylics as I haven't had them before I wanted gels but he told me they were gels but they weren't. I STRONGLY advise if you want good customer service and your nails to look nice... DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL BAR.
