lousy service. The attendant said that if I was unhappy with the speed of the net that I would do an upgrade obviously with associated costs.
In theory, my net should already be the fastest but it was like a turtle. I do not recommend. Fortunately that my contract was at the end.

God help you if you deal with their company. Sadly in some areas you have no choice. Slow Internet and absolutely no care about customers. If you have financial troubles, your account is closed and you pay fees in two weeks - you know, to have more problems. Not 1 company in UK including Internet providers, mobile communications or even utilities does that.
- You'll be disconnected within a week after due debit date (and account closed 1 week later)
- Guys but if you disconnect me how am I gonna pay at all? I need Internet for my work!
- Go to a library.

We as a customer are promised a good speed for our wifi it is disgusting a con do not take this company on they dont deliver on the speed and I'm constantly having to reboot my system stay clear

Beware, Global4 are using Automatically Renewable Contracts. They say their terms mean your business contract will automatically renew for another 24months after the initial contract date. This is without any notification at the outset or at the 24 month date. If your company has 10 or fewer employees see the Ofcom prohibition of this disgusting abuse of customer relationship.
