Leicester Montessori Day Nursery

My son has been attending the nursery since he was a baby. The level of care at the nursery has been amazing. They have always communicated really well and effectively. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. They are always consistent with all areas. I am extremely happy my child attends the nursery and my newborn will be attending soon too.

Nursery is terrible. Stay away. Don't think of taking your baby or toddler to this nursery. Staffs are so rude especially the deputy manager. The manager Lucy is a two face. Run as fast as you can. Horrible experience.

Staff at the nursery are great having known them for years since other siblings have attended. Only reason we went back was because of that. However it seems that lack of communication and lies from owner puts the company at serious risk. Lies about moving to another location for 3 months while they refurb has resulted in them being there until the end of the year & doesn’t look like any refurb is happening at the London Road branch. Again nobody is informed, nursery managers don’t know a thing everything comes from Sheila Dayah which is a big joke. No wonder they were rated 4 inadequate in their recent ofsted inspection. Lies lies and more lies. Seems as tho it’s all about the money and best interests are not at the heart of children. Will be pulling my child out once they get a place at another nursery. Ridiculous

An absolutely wonderful nursery. The staff are brilliant and the care is spectacular. My son is there for the next 5 weeks and I wouldn't want him going anywhere else. There is another nursery only two blocks away which he was in before this one which is a lot more expensive. Not better though. I didn't need to write this review but I felt I needed to.

This is the worst nursery ever. My son attended the nusery and was always coming home unkept, looking dirty with food on his clothes. Even when i left a changing bag on site and most times comes home with a wet diapers. Avoid this nusery as much as you can. This is the worst nusery with no cctv on site. No evidence in case of child abuse. I have never seen a nusery without cctv. You don know what the staffs are doing to your child in the room. The management can 't see from their office what is happening in each room.Run as far as you can with your child.
