Took my performance car their today to get cleaned planned to go Halford's afterwards as it's over the road we got the car cleaned just a quick spray down and some soap with a dirty sponge all over then sprayed off and wheels sprayed with pressure washer and a quick wipe down but tbh didn't expect much for the small price got in the car and drove to Halford's went to the boot to get a mask out and noticed a massive key like deep scratch about 7 inches in length I thought my car must have been vandalised by somebody over night where it was parked even though I look after my car and would have noticed it when i returned to the car as I allso accessed the boot and it was so big and aggressively deep then later on when we got home I realised I got out of my car at the car wash when we first got their and I took a quick video of the car at the car wash and you can clearly see the scratch is not their the guys were also staring through the window at my 11 year old daughter!!!

Not had a car wash since before lock down and wanted a proper clean. Had a look around and thought id give these guys a go. Wish I didnt. Should have taken it to a proper valet who would actually spend time and energy on the actual cleaning then yapping on the phone and with each other while senselessy moving the cloth up and down so lazily. I had to literally point out spots which were missed and even still couldnt be bothered to go over it properly. If you cherish your car please go somewhere else. Trust me.

Terrible service left my car looking very streaky and the wheeels were still dirty
Seen staff dropping sponge and using straight back on the car
I noticed my car having hairline scratches all over? When questioned the staff about my dirty wheels I was told to go to a proper car wash and refused to clean the wheels by non English speaking staff. Over priced at £ 8 for just outside could of done it Better at home. If u have a sports luxury or prestige vehicle DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !

The place do a good job, but they don't follow their price board. Try and charge more for doing the same job. Always paid £10 to have the car cleaned inside and out, and that is what is advertised. However, the last three trips I have been charged £15, £10 and £12 for the same car! Not too impressed...

Mine was the only car there and guy got up from his chair with his arms folded like I was burden to his day.
My car was rushed and not washed properly. Dirt inside my windows, beneath bumpers and still had dead flies in my grill.
When I told him it’s not been cleaned properly he just smiled and said ‘next time’. I made him clean it again. They also moved my car seat all the way back for no reason. Utter rubbish service and English is not their first language.
An utter disappointment and they charged me £8 for half a job. Why did they rush it as not even remove the road dirt from the car. These guys are not valeters. Don’t waste your time going there. They’re not cheap and the service is utter shambles. They need to be removed from this road.

Below 1 star !!! If you want to waste your money and time go there ,Rubbish service , paid full and car was still full of dirt marks when i showed to the man he got very aggressive and used swear words ,these lads are robbing people by doing rubbish job. i wished i had never gone there just wasted my £30. i thought i will share here which might help save others wasting there time and money.

Staff is always trying to rip you off. They set new prices every time without notifying you before. Quality of wash is not great. Despite I live in Clarendon park I use the different car wash. Annoying experience.
