Car was cleaned but poorly done. It was in the rain but missed loads around the bottom sides of the car. There are definitely better hand car washes in Leicester.

Asked for number 3, wash and clean inside.
Guy came to me with air freshener expecting to be paid, I had been watching and the boot hadn't even been opened. I opened boot and said you haven't even hoovered n here.Then I went all round car, sills and door shuts still dirty, I wiped them with my hand and showed them, he just grinned.£14 for 1/2 a job.Cheaper elsewhere.

The manager is friendly guy, but some of his staff are unprofessional as there is no care taken when washing the cars as they just rushing to get more cars and messing about with each other, they don't know how to use the jet wash machines properly as place pressure to close to your paintwork resulting into paint damage/laccar removal and no compensation as a result.very poor service I will think twice before using them again as its now going to cost me hundreds getting it fixed.

Scratched up my front bumper by pushing the hoover into it 1.5inch deep scratch, told the manager, shrugged and said we buff it out then walked off. No sorry no we'll fix it and make it right, no compensation .... It didn't buff out and they've lost me for good.
Don't recommend, if anything goes wrong, they couldn't care less, they'll take your money anyway.

My brand new Mercedes-Benz. Not two weeks old.
First wash. Waited for 40 mins to have a wash and vacuum.
Then when it was apparently finished. I went round whole of the outside, showing them all the places they've missed. Sp they could chamois it dry, or wipe the dirt theyve missed!
Then when I paid. I got inside. They had some how made it dirtier!!!!! Using a waxy spray on alcantera interior is just wrong!!! My piano black interior finish was left waxy and smeared.
It took me 15 minutes when I got home, to fix the inside of my BRAND NEW car!!!!!
I will never go back. To interested in talking to each other over the cars and smoking, than doing a decent job!!!! Avoid at all costs. Cost me £13 and an hour of my day. Quarter of that, was me fixing thier mess!!!!! Appalling service and worse quality.

I went to wash my car last week. I went to get cash at the cash machine which is just across the road. By the time I get back they had already finished washing my car inside out. Straightaway I could see they scratched my car all over and my car was still dripping. When I pointed this out, one of the workers was rude and say I could have gone somewhere else, no apology even though he admitted they scratched my car. My car wasn’t clean either.
I will not be returning and I will be telling as many people as I can about my experience. If I could give a zero I would. I notice there is a language barrier the staff don’t understand instructions.
This is not the first time I have noticed they are no longer good yet the put the prices up. But this was the last straw. Go there at your own risk.

I've used Diamond for years, but recently they hiked up the prices - which I would be fine with if the quality had not dropped so much.
Today, I went for my regular clean, only to return home and notice the disgusting state my wheels were still in.
I returned to Diamond and pointed out the dirt, to which I got no real acknowledgement of the issue. The supervisor offered to clean them for me, but did a half-hearted job to say the least, leaving most dirt in situe. I left, got home, and finished the clean off myself.
Safe to say I won't be returning, which is a shame after so many years of good service.
I don't know what's changed recently, but they need to go back to their old ways!!!
