I know the additional 'hand' wash is closed due to lockdown but I paid £4 (so not expensive) but this included the wheel wash too. Unfortunately the wheels haven't been washed and he just blamed it on the hand wash option being shut even though I can see the wheel sections in the car wash going round, they just aren't strong enough to clean. Personally. If you can't provide the same service at the advertised price due to lockdown, lower the price for the actual service you are providing to save disappointment. I also didn't appreciate the verbal bashing when I got back in my car. I wont be using this one again.

Easy to use, but I have seen couple of small scratches on the car as soon as they finish cleaning inside the car. This auto cleaning will get u scratches on the body. These are absolutely new scratches. I would not recommend any auto machine washing system. Better to pay but extra for hand Carwash.

The car wash itself was fine but I'm taking off some stars because none of the staff were wearing a mask or a visor. When you roll down the windows to talk to the staff, you want to feel safe with us being in a pandemic - not have them breathing all over you.

Having never used a manned car wash before and also did not know it was possible, let alone safe to wash a convertible Sport's car in a car wash!
We where so happy with the results on our first visit, we have downloaded the app and now subscribed to pay monthly. Its onky £12.99 for the month. And you get upto 12 washes in that time! So I can wash my car 3 times a week, for a month!!!!! So my car is always spotless!
Its outstanding value for money, When you think, a medium choice wash is £6.50. You wash your car twice in the month and you've already covered the monthly subscription fee! Honestly, you'd be mad not use it this way. I simply open the app on my phone, they scan the barcode and in you go. Couldn't be easier. All done contactlessly, which also avoids any covid worries you may have.
They then spray your car down, using some type of chemical spray to aid the perfect clean, they hand wash your windows, wheels and dirtiest areas, like front of your bonnet. Then jet wash it down. You then drive into the car wash, where it automatically carries you through the car wash itself. So you leave the car in neutral, with the handbrake off and it does the rest for you.
You come out the other side with a perfectly washed and chamois dry car.
In all actual fact, its quite fun as well as being most efficient and excellent car wash experience I've ever had.
And for the price's!!?? There is a vast range of washes available to you, all at varying prices, all of which makes It absolutely fantastic value for money, you would be foolish not to use this service.
I literally can not recommend this service highly enough.
The Staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. After only visiting one time, the next time I came back, they remembered me!!
Which given the vast amount of customers they see a week, surprised me, in the best possible way. It is that level of care of attention and detail that makes this service stand head and shoulders above any other car wash, of any and all types.
I love visiting there and absolutely love how my car is flawlessly clean all the time now.
Thank you for your amazing service and end product. I bring both my cars here always now.

Quick and easy. Very good end results but the price is a bit steep for an automated cash wash. It should be less than £3 for a quick wash but works out around £5 when you buy in bulk on their app for the cheapest wash

First visit and absolutely loved it. Never used a manned car wash before. Also never been through a car wash with our Convertible Audi.
The car looked perfect! Didn't even choose the most expensive wash. Never used a car wash that automatically drives the car through the car wash. Was extremely freaky at first, but leaves an amazing finish. Will only use this car wash from now on and will recommend it to everyone.

Good wash and not too expensive. Doesn't do as good a job as a thorough hand-wash but much quicker! They also off full in and out valet service which is more expensive but worth it every now and again.
They pre treat and scrub the car before it goes into the auto-wash so you get a much better clean then most automatic car washes. Especially on the windows and alloys.
Where we live the cars get covered in sticky tree sap which then catches all the dirt making for a very difficult clean but they rose to the challenge spending extra time on the roof and windows before sending us into the wash.

As a frequent and a regular customer to IMO-Oswin Rd, I always enjoy bringing my car for a wash here but that change on the last week of October when my car got scratched whilst in the wash.
After the companies investigation, they concluded that the only possible way for my vehicle to turn left and drive off the conveyor belt is if the driver(myself) steered the vehicle or the steering lock was applied. As the result of this, they're not responsible for any damage caused to my vehicle.
I don't understand why would someone with his 5 year old daughter, drive their 67 plate car off the conveyor belt to hit a post on the left side,It doesn't make sense but hey this is the world we're leaving today where someone just assumed something and everyone gets along with it.
I just want to remind the owners of IMO that;
(i) this day was not the first of me to visit IMO in Leicester. I use other car wash as well that has conveyor belt when I'm away from home.
(ii) I've never had an accident or incident such as this during my 22 years of driving.
(iii) The email I received said that the vehicle move to the left at the exit was totally wrong. My vehicle was no way near the exit, infact I was just 4-6sec from the start just coming to the middle of the car wash.

Next day they were closed as well. Been writed open till 7pm, went there after 4pm and closed. They even closed the vacuum machine for 1£

Not sure what changed recently, we have been using this car wash for a few years now and always excelent, but had our car washed today Ultra HD and it looked worse after it dried up. Full of spots all over, we will have to wash it again. Disappointing..

Firstly the machine never cleaned the bumper. Well it tried its best but all the bug marks on the front boonet were there. Secondly when the car came for a drying and inner vlwan they took £7 for that and trust me worse job jone. No proper vacume. No side panels were cleaned. Avoid waste of monies

Lads were pleasant enough but service very very disappointing ,only went out of desperation ,paid £12 for hd ,car was still dirty and wheels were atrocious, on top of that when light is on car can see brush marks on lacquer, avoid like the plague .

It is one of the best car wash in Leicester with all the latest equipment. Prices start from 2.99 for basic wash. Very busy on weekends but fine on other days. Would happily recommend.

So i thought I'd try this place out as a lot of other places were closed at the time - they could not offer contactless payment as their card machine was not working so had to pay by cash. Workers seem to rush you through the pre wash and then i found dried stains on both my mirrors and paint work at the end. This is despite the fact i paid for the ULTRA HD pro shield clean (the highest spec). Overall, it's a decent place if you're after a quick wash - wouldn't recommend it for a full deep clean.

Overall it's OK. Hot wax treatment really helps prevent dirt for quite a while after. The machine doesn't get into a lot of nooks and crannies though, and door plates are left grubby and wet, you have to hand finish yourself. If you don't mind that... All good!
