Absolutely appalled at the service here! I usually use this car wash as it's local, not because its good (theres always marks left on windscreens and smears on the interior from using dirty clothes and dirt missed on wheels and paintwork) . But after today I'd rather drive miles to have my car cleaned. When they used the jet wash, the rim round my light fog light popped out (never happened before). I could see the man banging it back in a few times and hoped he sorted it because nothing was said. By the time I got home the rim was totally gone and a hole left around my light. I drove back to see if it had dropped out there and to explain the man did it with the jet wash, to be told I was lying, what do I want them to do about it and I obviously haven't taken my meds today??! Rude staff and bad service. If I could give no stars I would!

It’s all about quantity not quality! Shame I can’t share the photos! The inside of my car was awful!!
I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and it has gone downhill! I’d rather pay a bit more and know that the job is being done properly.
Won’t be coming back and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I’ll encourage others to go elsewhere!

Rubbish, won't be coming back. Car not cleaned properly. Must have knocked and snapped my rear view mirror's cover while cleaning inside and didn't bother to put it back properly or at least let me know so I could have done it. After driving away for not more than 50 metres it fell apart. Plenty of much better places around, don't bother wasting your time and money.

Very rude workers when pin pointed the area which THEY HADN'T CLEANED the big bloke said it is cleaned and washed ????
Technically he is blind or they just wash cars like that with dirt still on. Eventually another worker managed to clean the dirt off my car PROPERLY.
I wouldn’t recommend this car wash place. Been to better places. And will surely stick to them as this place is pathetic.

Wouldn't come back here again. Very poor clean. Went around my car with a rag to clean what they hadn't cleaned properly. No wonder the place it so so busy.. obviously people feel the same way.. to add I said to the owner I wasn't happy with the clean. He went verbal on me f'in and blinding..

Some more evidence for the police.
May even call HMRC. see if he declares his earnings and cash in hand employees..
If they had done the job properly in the first place I wouldn't not have even thought about a review. Since the service is poor and being verbal abused I reviewed..

I've been using Aaron's hand car wash regularly and have got to know the staff by face. Great team and you could say I'm a very satisfied customer.
Although apart from the friendly faces my favorite item is the soap. It smells so lush... It reminds me of when was a child and literally took a chunk out of a strawberry bar of soap. Nevertheless in this circumstance I won't be making the same mistake.
They have a fantastic and fast system. Within no time your car will be washed, polished and hoovered to your liking. On a busy day the wait is approximately 10 mins. The staff are a happy bunch and very polite. My kids and dog love it too as the staff always have something stored for them lol. Very funny!
I've been to a few car washes but find this one far better with a friendly atmosphere and get treated with respect.

Save your money and go somewhere else, plenty to choose.
I think this place may of changes owners and it shows in the car wash flow, organisation, products and the work. I'm not too bothered where I pay £5, £6 or £8 for an outside wash only, as long as it's a good job done with care
I was disappointed after a visit today and I will not return and give them my money as firstly they didn't maintain order of wash, instead my car was left to dry, which resulted in water marks plus the didn't dry the car properly.
I spoke to the manager/boss and he didn't care, wasn't interested and in fact turned away, so nothing more to say here
I have a collection of classic car including my daily car, which is over 20 years old and they are in beautiful condition and I wash them regularly, so I visit car washes regularly. In fact, I used to use this car wash every week... Not anymore, sad to say :-(((+
