Like another reviewer, our car was also targeted during our stay at the Q-park garage in Leicester Square. However, the staff were incredible. The attendant is not based in the office regularly and floats between sites, which I feel is perfectly appropriate and cost-effective (unlike the other reviewer!) As well as the attendant - who I feel went above and beyond - the customer service department at Q-park is excellent, and their professionalism is exemplary. Thank you to all for making a difficult experience as painless as possible.

Do not park your car in any Q Park trust me it is not safe. My car rear window was smashed and items removed from my car, 2 other cars were also broken into the same evening, No security onsite while my car was parked here and only one attendant for 5 car parks, I was told by London security that cars at Q Park are regularly broken at least 5 a week. The attendant who arrived when I rang the on call number was very proffesional and obviously very good and prepared at taping up my rear window with a black plastic bag, something he has to do regularly. At the prices Q Park charge you can tell all they care about is money and greed not their customers, you may as well park on the street. If they have onsite security at each car park at all times this would be more suitable.

I parked my car at your Leicester Square car park and asked your Parking Attendant for directions to the Hotel I was staying, he was very helpful and also said I could get a discount because of a partnership with you guys and the hotel! If I could leave a minus review I would !!! Do not park here under any circumstances....... our car was targeted on Sunday 05th January between the hours of 12pm and 6pm, we had stayed over night in Leicester Square, returned at 12pm to after check out to place our luggage in the car whilst going for a walk around London and dinner, returned at 6pm to find the rear window smashed, parcel shelf damaged and our luggage (which was definitely not visible) having been stolen. We had reversed our car right up to the wall so you couldnt open the boot. This car park does not have its own security and the only CCTV is on the entrance. A security guard for Leicester Square who is based in an office by the entrance to the car park, which you would assume to be for the car park informed us this happens on a regular basis. You are watched returning / leaving your car and then they break in. We booked this as we believed it to be secure parking - my advice is don’t. I am not out of pocket for hundreds of pounds for insurance excess and loss of luggage. Police were informed and again confirmed it was a regular occurrence....... BE WARNED

EASY online booking via your parking space and plenty of room when we turned up. We were told to park downstairs when we arrived which was fine if a bit gloomy and it stunk of p#ss which was a bit unpleasant! We had no issues though, the car was safe and our pre- paid voucher worked at the pay- point first time. Would use again.

This car park needs updating. Better lighting and redecoration would really help. The ramps are very narrow. We've got a big car (Audi Q7) and it's difficult to go up and down the ramps without catching your tyre or wheel on the curbs. There is only 1.8m of head room. The ceilings are low so you can not open your boot fully. However, it's a good location.

The location is excellent but it is extremely expensive to park. It says online there are 200+ spaces but there were only around 4 floors, it looks like some had been blocked off. It was very strange.
The worst thing about it is the disgusting smell and huge piles of urine everywhere that made me gag.
The lift was out of order so I had to walk up the car ramps with a double pram and manoeuvre that as well as two children around puddles of other people's piss. Won't use it again.

I used to use this car park a great deal. But the parking charges have now changed and is now more expensive . It seems to charge for every 15 mins now. Where as before it was charging you on a range of hours, for example 2-3., 4-5. I will have to find another better priced car park in the area as it now works out more expensive

Drive in, Take your ticket and pop it in your pocket. At the Theatre get one of the AMAZING staff to stamp it, (Book of Mormon). Return to car, hand over ticket to Q-Park staff who add the 50% discount to the cost, Pay HALF-Price and leave HAPPY !

Parked here for four hours. It was cash only payment . When I tried to exit, after paying the machine stated I had not paid, no answer to the phone, it took 20 mins to find someone to get out. No receipt option. Not happy
