Not cheap but what do you expect in Central London. Good size spaces and well marked out

Like others we had all of our luggage stolen despite parking under a camera. Unfortunately I only read the reviews afterwards. My daughter lost Christmas presents and was distraught. I rang Q Park who said they would check the video but later asked me for a one hour window to narrow their search. Obviously having parked all day I would have no idea when the theft took place ! They returned to say there was no footage which did not surprise me. The police wanted more evidence so I went back in my wife’s car and stayed in the car this time. Nobody showed in fact until 6 am when loads of City Council workers appeared in vans to start their days cleaning. Overnight it was silent and no one was about - very peaceful indeed you could sleep well for only £56 ! I was disturbed by no one in this high security premises as I went from camera to camera all of which were fake ! Obviously an inside job but nobody seemed to care at all and this could go on for years ! Trading standards should know as it’s not secure but they probably already do as the council share the building.

Great secure car park, relatively priced considering the amazing location in middle of Central London. Pre-booking car park is definitely good idea. Made it very easy to get to the theatre without needing to walk too far from car park approx. 5 mins walk.

Our vehicle was broken into and we had several items stolen, not the car parks fault but when the police asked for footage we found the CCTV was faulty in most of the building.

Plenty of spaces... on exit the scanner (pre booking) did not work so I was being asked to pay again. Next to me was a customer having a loud discussion with an operator on another issue. She heard my issue and pointed me to the barrier. I gave my order number and name and they opened the barrier. Not sure I would use again although very convenient and good value but if I did I would always pre book and VIP.

Someone broke into our car today and stole our stuff. The worst car park ever. Don’t park here !

We’ve just had car broken into and a black suitcase on wheels stolen from boot here last night or the night before - it isn’t logged when. Very annoying and police will only look at cctv for 20 mins. Given that we can’t narrow time frames down - it’s unlikely to be found.

The location is the only good part of this Q park. Car broken in to while parked overnight *directly beneath a security camera*! How is this even possible in a supposedly 24-h monitored parking lot? My suspicion is these are fake/dud cameras. Won’t be paying £50 for the privledge of having a break-in happen again. Oh, and of note - we’d left nothing in the car to even tempt a break in.

I have to say I have been parking at Q Park Soho for a number weeks now and I must say that the staff on hand are very approachable and helpful. I am not from London but Raj made me feel welcome and recommended some good places to visit. ????

Excellent location based minutes away from all theatres. The car park participates in theatre discount. There are toilets available on site for customer use. Prices are £41 a day but worth for the location.

Despite sky high prices, car broken into. You cant charge top dollar and not offer basic security. Please contact me on the details I emailed regarding CCTV images as my car was under the CCVT camera. I do hope they are functional. Looking forward to a refund too please. Update. Cameras are dummies and they hide behind "data protection" in telling you anything about the cameras or car park. Seems obvious the thieves operating in this car park know a dummy camera when they see one to.... Shameful overpriced cowboys. Avoid.

Very good location within Soho. Nice and clean place. Good-sized parking bays. Supports payment by touching contactless card on entry and exit (works with Android Pay as well). Not exactly cheap but reasonable for Soho.

On Saturday 06/04/19 my rented car got broken into, rear glass smashed. Police Crime Reference number - 6524039/19. I would not recommend this car park. All my shopping and personal backpack stolen.

I'm a taxi driver, and my cab is electric, every time im in these car park i need to make sure im in the car until my cab is charged, otherwise evertime im here I see car broken, is the most unsafe car park in London! I highly recommend you better get a fine parking ticket outside on the road, than having your car broken from the thieves

DO NOT PARK HERE If I could give this car park a ZERO STAR rating I would. I must have been parked next to one of the reviewer below last night. Car smashed in and ransacked. Every panel smashed with concrete that Q-Park had left lying around for the theives. Q-Park not interested - would need even refund the £52 I have paid for the privilege of having my car and my new year stay in London wrecked. Car was parked their because it is promoted as being ‘secure’ - with CCTV - like the others I was parked under the CCTV camera, given the posts below its looks like the theives know that either no one will be a*s*d to view the footage - or that there is no footage and the cameras are all dummies. DO NOT PARK HERE DO NOT USE Q-PARK IF YOU CAN HELP IT

Central parking near Soho, perfect for parking in the West End. If you pre-pay on the internet there is a good discount. Easy to park but not so easy to find. The directions on Google direct you the wrong way down a one way street to get to the entrance. It can get a bit tricky to pass the parked cars & cars coming the other way but keep going it's just down the road. I often park here & I have had no problems

Old commercial art at the entrance ramp that should be preserved and protected from further deterioration. Makes me smile every time I walk by. Never been to this park though. ????

My car was parked overnight for 24 hours during that time the rear window was smashed and my possessions stolen from the boot of the car. (Nothing was left on display) After the police have investigated apparently the cctv that q parks advertise only shows the entrance despite there being cameras on each level so must be just dummy/fake cameras to make you feel you’re leaving your car somewhere secure. Of course q parks accept no responsibility and I was charged £60 for parking there for that duration. Appalling, never again!!

I wish I could give a zero star to this most irresponsible parking facility. We parked our car in QPark Soho to just have lunch on the way to the airport. When we returned to our horror all the luggage was stolen including the passports. They have put boards all across the facility that it is monitored by cctv cameras charge premium for parking there. You can imagine the state we were in considering we lost almost everything in matters of hours. What shocked us more was the sheer lack of accountability from the parking facility when we reported this issue. They took 48 hours to tell us that they have no cctv coverage of the robbery. Why the hell are they fooling people with these hoax promises of secure parking. There are similar reviews which I unfortunately read after the incident. What amazes me is lack of emphathy of the situation. We had the worst 48 hours of our lives and all they could say was they don’t have coverage. How can you run a ‘secured’ ( it makes me laugh when they claim that) so called parking and take no responsibility of something that happens on thier facility. Don’t book this parking if you want to see your car and valuables again.DONT PARK

Was a nightmare to get into the car park due to works in the surrounding area, (I cannot blame the car park for this) Could not find the washroom? When it was time to leave the scanner was not working on either of the paystations so i had to call an inner London number to give them my details, then ring them again once i drove to the barrier. they then had trouble raising the barrier (obviously the help desk is off site) I would have liked a seamless parking experiance which i didnt get. Spaces are quite small (i have a large 7 seater). Would i use you again?? possibly... but to be honest i may look elsewhere first.

Prepaid online for 5hrs parking in this carpark, when trying to exit the scanner would not read the barcode on the voucher, no one was on the help desk so had to press the button on the machine to call an assistant. Eventually someone answered and they told us to go to the exit and press for assistance at the barrier. So, moment later we pulled up at the barrier and pressed for assistance, no one answered and other vehicles started to que behind us to wishing to exit. The driver of the car behind us then got out of his car and became very inpatient and intimidating towards us as we where blocking the exit. He said " this happens all the F*****G time and no one ever answers" An assistant FINALLY answered or should I say grunted at us and we were allowed to exit. For the cost of our parking I would expect an assistant present on the desk 24hrs to offer some sort of customer service when a problem arrises similar to this one, especially as it would appear to be a common occurrence. A very stressful experience.

It's in the middle of theatre land so ideal parking for many venues. Parking spaces themselves are good size but ramps between floors are narrow so care needs to be taken driving up and down.

Well situated if you are visiting carnaby and oxford circus. plenty of spaces but a bit tight. carpark is secured with cctvs. however, there is no benefit in booking online. as you wont get a reserved slot plus the ticket booked online isnt recognised by the ticketing machine. Shout out to the staff who helped me with my ticket!
